Second do they send AOR again when they actually transfer file to Islamabad? do you know if some people experience this? if they send so at which address Pakistan or canada?

They used to send AOR only 1 time. Nowadays apparently it's just an email or update on ECAS.

Today CHC ISL returned some pictures to my Wife which we sent in August 2013 and also there was a letter stating that "We have scanned all your documents and we no longer need your original documents so we are returning them to you."

Now the problem is they only returned the pictures which we sent with additional documents in Aug 2013 but they did not return any original documents.....!!

Whts that supposed to mean ?

If the documents were returned to the sponsor in Canada then they are most probably being mailed by the Ottawa office so you can email them and ask them to return the remaining stuff too. We also faced a similar issue. Ottawa responded immediately and the remaining docs were received a week after emailing them.

Yeah I applied in August 2012, no re-med, just got original documents back last September. Ordered notes at the start of the month, nothing yet.

she will sign and date the consent form then scan it back to you.

you then print, sign, scan and upload for notes.

yeah, but don;t they want the original signature?

Hello all
I am a silent reader and i have a question. I applied for my husbands sponsorship and AH they have com back with remedical request and have asked to resubmit a few forms.

Can someone tell me why they have asked to resubmit? They have asked to refill imm0008 imm5669 imm5406 and pakistan resident form.

Also i m the sponsor so do both hubby and i Have to submit imm5669 individually or only he has to submit as it says "indicate whether u r applicant or spouse /common law partner".

Also for imm5406 it says the same thing that "principal applicant their spouse and kds over 18 must submit their own copies" so do i submit my copy n hubbys copy r just hubby's?

Also i ve resided wid hubby in pakistan for more than a year, so do i need police clearance for me too?

I know these r silly questions but plz someone confirm and clarify.

You should call them to find out as the time for Step 1 is only 35 days. When I applied in Nov 2012, I didn't hear back from them until March 1....had to cal them twice during this.

Imm0008 asks How many family members including you are in this application form? My hubby is applicant n i m sponsoring him. Does he have to include his siblings n parents , myself, our baby? Baby is canadian citizen.

In the instruction guide this is what it says "Indicate the total number of family members included in your application. This includes yourself and any family members, regardless of whether they intend to accompany you to Canada or not."

My hubby has 3 siblings, both parents, and i m his wife and we havea baby who was born in canada. None of his siblings or parents r in canada or are citizens.


Also on supplementary forms it says "all imigration applicant must submit military completion or exemption certificate" what is that? my hubby never joined army does he have to submit exemption certiicate?

Plz advise.
