Agreed...it seems chc-I is only busy in sending ppl original documents back...they are not working for sending passport requests and pps back anymore :-X

through TCS, i have received some PICS which i sent on 6 Oct 2013, in additional documents request from ISB.

they said,

" Your ORG documents are no more required as we have uploaded all in your electronic file".


i was expecting REMED or PPR request as per my time line but it looks now they will take more 4 to 5 months.

God help us all.

When you submitted additonal documents oct 6 2013 was this voluntarily or was this a request from ISB... I was'nt sure what you meant. Because I was wondering I have'nt received a remed and applied Sept 2012 and maybe I should submit additional documents voluntarily. I have requested notes this week so waiting to go over those before I finalize my decision. In Sha Allah we all get through this process asap.

Hi I'm also from afg and applying for husband. I applied for a trv for him. He had to go all the way to Pakistan and spent over $1000 and it got rejected within hours.

I made a mistake and wrote a consent letter instead of filling this out. And have some fixing to do.

If I were you I would print out the consent form, sign it by both of you and then e-mail it to them with reference to the Confirmation number you got when you ordered the notes. This is only because they need both yours and your hubby's signatures! Good luck sis!

+1. For some reason our people seem to have become religious fanatics. Just notice on this forum itself, at times it seems like an Islamic forum rather than an immigration forum. I am not saying anything against the religion, but people should see where they are posting such comments before doing so. If you go to any other thread of any other country, rarely will you see them bringing their religion into the conversation, the way we do.

Hence, when non-Muslims see this thread (since ISB threads are the most viewed), I am sure they must think the same thing. If you are that religious maybe reconsider your options of coming to Canada or any western country for that matter.

I think very well said. But everybody has the right to believe Whatever They Want. Especially it is gonna be really very hard for our narrow head MOLVI type of people to understand all this.
But certainly it leaves a very different view of us on all over the world.

i received someone else documents two months back, on the envelope it was written my name and address but when i opened that envelope it was someone else documents.
i called chc and mailed them twice. today i gt a call from chc they said that they havnt delivered my documents bcoz my documents r in canada head office. what does that mean? they havnt started working on my case?

OMG could you please name the person whose documents have been received by you?
Did you mail them back to CHC-I?
