I just applied for notes and did'nt fill out a consent form. My husband signed a consent letter that I had written and scanned and submitted.

Will my letter sufice? In Sha Allah you can assist me with this questiion.

Ok thanks a lot , one more question we have not received any of our documents not even nikha Nama , no pics nothing is that normal , and tell me one thing my hasband has local driver liencse , tell me how he can get international d driver license

for international drivers license ,,show them ur local license plus pp with visa stamp on it of any country

I ordered my GCSM notes about 2 weeks ago, but now that I'm reading some of the messages here I think I did it wrong. I just filled it out myself, but am I supposed to have some kind of consent from my wife that I have to upload online as well?

Yes, the notes will not be processed until the consent form is signed by both the applicant/sponsor, dated and scanned with the online request. Consent form is a necessaity for the approval of gmcs notes. If one signature is missed it will not be processed.

I hear that now a days due to rush of application in CIC Islamabad Pak , electronically our files are sent to another CIC offices or countries, so that is why some people have received CIC letter from out side countries like India or etc. so if anybody received a letter from another cic offices then don't worry about that. I think this is good for all of us because CIC Islamabad have huge ques of cases.

If there is a issue they tend to send out an email regarding the issue. (Happened to me once)

If this is the case, other visa office will not process our files. They will be used as "holding" grounds. Something like what Ottawa pilot project did back in 2012. Many members (including myself) thought including cpp-o in the mix will make things quicker or reduce the timeline. None of that happened, timeline went up for both Islamabad and Ottawa. Ottawa just held files for Islamabad thats it.

Look carefully under box number "5". It says "your signature" and "signature of spouse".
