It was to reduce the backlog for islamabad. But the whole idea backfired. It didnt reduce the backlog, it made things worse.

But why Mississauga send files to Ottawa why dnt they directly send it islamabad office??

Not necessarily. During Step 1, we get Decision Made on E-Cas but the actual letter informs us whether or not we were successful. I guess the same would incorporate for Step 2 ... the letter will indicate the good or bad news! DM on E-Cas just increases our blood pressure haha ... esp. for Step 2!

it is common, after every interview, the interviewer made the decision to processed further or to stop the case......
so the interviewee does not conclude any thing before knowing what the DM.
beside one can assume things on gesture and posture and the final comments of the interviewer.

Salam I tell you when you have Interview and they don't ask for PP or PC and say it has expired then they write Decision Made you can almost be sure its a refusal God Forbid but that's what happens.......

my brother recieved a letter from CIC that I need to pay the fee of $1040 which he paid through credit card

where do i send the the reciepts

Make three photocopies of the receipts (or better yet scan them and email it.). Send each to;

-Mississauga CIC
-Cpp-Ottawa
-Islamabad CHC.

but today he got a letter only with a receipt

is the online good

Nice to hear that your brother finally heard something. I guess this is a newer way of CHC to prolong timeline of a normal case, since they can not find anything else.

Last week we received our original documents back from Ottawa after i had sent them an email. Strange thing is that they only returned the pictures and originals documents and nothing else.. like our phone logs, chat logs, etc. is this normal?
