CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

Alhumdulillah, by the grace of almighty Allah my wife received her passport with VISA stamped today after 3 weeks and 1 day of sending her passport to CHC. The whole process took 18 months.
It has been a long journey for us and our families. I was never a particularly patient person in the past, but this ordeal has taught me the meaning of patience...

Did her ecas status changed to decision made? if yes than when? And did she get her original documents back with passport?

You contradict yourself, Telling a person that they are happy now and will cry later and wishing for someone to be put in INTERVIEW QUEUE is never a wise thing to do even if you are doing it out of concern for others,

Agreed with Waiting_Eyes. I dont think there is anything wrong with sharing your good news with the rest of the forum. Not all cases get processed the same so some will get their PPR in 15-18 months, few lucky ones probably will see the visa stamped in under a year. Some unfortunate ones will probably see their cases delayed by 2 or even 3 years. May Allah have mercy on all of us. Wish you all good luck. Be optimistic and keep praying...

Agreed with Waiting_Eyes. I dont think there is anything wrong with sharing your good news with the rest of the forum. Not all cases get processed the same so some will get their PPR in 15-18 months, few lucky ones probably will see the visa stamped in under a year.
