I also finally recieved GCMS notes , and have the exact samething as yours. Due date of 09/19/2013.

Also I beleive my file was transferred to Islamabad in Feb 2013...all scans to islamabad strorage on in feb 06,2013 (4 months after the orginal AOR from Ottawa)

Back in January i had requested an update, and ottawa had replied back that its still in process, but now when i requested for an update in May, i got an email from islamabad instead that its in process.

so i am very sure that file is sent off to islamabad from feb 2013. Did you send additional proofs to islamabad or ottawa?..

I will send additional proofs near the end of July 2013...hopefully then they wont request more when they start working sometime later this year.

I have realized that if they request more document after initial check, then waiting times increases more by 4-5 months. It would be better to give them that prior to that.

GCMS notes help a little bit, atleast gives you an idea of whats going on.

WALIQUM Asalam Muddasar I send additianl proofs from canada to islamabad via DHL about rukhsati which was done in january then i email ottawa and find out that my file is in ottawa and got email from ottawa that dont send documents to islamabad thay asked me to scan all document and send it to there email address so i did the same. I hope that will help in your case just scan documents and send via email that makes them easy to upload to islamabad storage .

since I am sponsoring my wife , so I need to submit the consent form......or in information requested portion I will be putting my name , please assist

i did complete IMM5563 and send a scan copy to wife for signature and attached as a consent from my wife also i attached my driving licence but its not necessary if you do have a Canadian shipping address.
you asked whats in my GCMS notes as i mention in my early post they have not started step 1(Eligibility) due date shows Sep-20 .

Yes you can, as i sent mine after 11 months without there request and recently i recieved remidecal via e-mail on May 25/2013 and It does help your process more faster as everything will be attached to your file and they don't have to go through sending or asking for more documents by checking your file they know you have updated your file and they will move to the next step which either interview que or medical/re-medical depending on your file. hope this helps. I am a January 2012 applicant and AOR on April 2012 and Re-medical on May 2013. Inshallah allah willing i pray that all of us are togather with our wives/husbands........ Inshallah

Hey, did you get the re-medical done for your wife from Toronto? If so, and you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost approximately?

My wife just got her medical done in Scarborough with Dr Dharmavathy. very nice doctor and very good staff. Doctor's fee $135. X-ray $38 and Blood test $15 Total $188 cash

I see that many members have noticed due date on their notes. I would also like to add, that when I ordered my notes last month I had two different dates. One for security/background checks and the other for eligibility. Let's see what happens, One has already past, the other is this months. I will order notes again mid june.
