Salaam to everyone my timeline is dec 2012 I have a question brother I wanted to apply for my wife visit visa can I do this while my wife application is in process or if I applied will mywife get visit visa? And I'd she get viit here in Canada? Another question should I sent additional ?

guys due have any idea what is diclosure my consaltant is saying order discloser as other people applied through me are getting corrospondance and you are not so order disclosure pay 500$

If we plan to order GCMS notes but we have a lawyer, does it make a difference or is there something different I need to do? I know my lawyer isn't that great and he will tell me to wait a few months but I want to order them myself, so can I do that even though I have a representative, and do I need to note that down anywhere in the form when I order GCMS notes?

yes you can apply for visit visa and chances to get TRV depends on how strong your case is. If your wife has a good job or she is a student and has good amount in her bank account then the chances to get a visa are high

Today i received call for Canadian high commission that ur passport is received to us but your landing fee is not being received but we deposited it on 18th may also sent email to them.What do you think are they just rechecking or actually they did not receive it?

i was reading about marriage fraud. i m 3 years older then my husband officially.. but we were studying together. does our age gap puts us in a problem? does this mean that they will think our relationship is not genuine?
i m really worried now.
please someone help?

Mrs. Fatima, I would not say it will cause you problems, it is just a little unsusal (while not that uncommon in Western countries) and CHC will probably look at your file very closely. My suggestion is provide as much proof of your relationship as possible (emails, chat history, call logs, viber/skype, pictures, trip itienaries, gift receipts etc). You may want to write a letter separately to go with your application to explain how your retlationship progressed over time.

i did get my uci no. and application no. but i still dnt knw if they have approved our application i-e its first step or not?

n plus y was that soomro case refused on the age basis. its not fair. thse white ppl themselves do weirdest weddings then y put hurdles for us?
i never believed thet cld raise an issue over such a minor thing..

Would everyone agree that it takes about 16-18 months on average if all documents have been submitted and they dont ask for any other proof
