My wife did her re medical on Dec 10, 2014 in Islamabad, ecase not showing remedial received yet. Any idea how long will take to update the case?

well dont misguide others there is no term like extension of medical
they will demand new med sooner or later obviously to acess your current health status!

There is medical extension which is called reassessment of medical. It is asked by a visa officer if your medical is about to expire or have expired not more then 15 months. Also it can only be asked if every thing is completed in your file and officer only needs your medicals. Reference

Your wife can fill out everything and email you the documentation... print sign and mail back to her. Because signatures need to be original N. Ali

Alhamdulillah !!! My wife has received her passport back with PR visa
She was in Canada on TRV and sent her passport to Ottawa for visa issuance. The passport with visa was received back in 3 weeks. Also, you can either re-enter Canada as PR or go to local CIC office to get the status changed.
I am a March 2013 applicant by the way. Good luck to you all and I pray that you re-unite with your spouses in the new year.

Question - Can anyone please provide me with the London email address to submit additional documentation.

Personal - The latest violence has taken the lives of so many innocent children and stunned the country.
This has been a truly sad week. Dua for all the children that have been taken from us.

Dua - In Sha Allah we all receive our re medicals, PPR requests, and the few of us in Interviews we receive our visas the same day, and Passports with visas this month.

If you want to use a representative then u ll have to fillup the last form, A representative is the person which you authorize to communicate with Visa office on your behalf and he/she ll get all the emails and corespondent on your behalf. Better not to have any representative and give your email to deal direct with visa office.

Pay the fees

There are two ways you can pay:

online (preferred option) or
at a financial institution in Canada.
For option 2:

We will need to mail you an original receipt. It may take two to three weeks to arrive.
Bring this receipt to pay your fees at the bank or wire service. They will keep one section and give the rest back to you.
Send one section with your application and keep the other for your records.

Mail your completed application to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.

BF date means they will Bring Forward your file on that date to review.
Notes are positive But one sentence was Photo not very convincing BC/.
