F Same thing with me and sent email and within same day I received Medical instructions forms. However put urgent in subject line with you case number and interview time +day of birth and first and last name.

What I suggest please email on this address as my husband confirm on this email. This is only for the interview. On the subject line add File number ,full name and date of birth and time of interview and send them email as soon as possible. ldniminterview@international.gc.ca
