We have a baby now born this month.. my husband visited 3 times in the past 2 years n 4th visit is gonna be next month. He already got the ticket. He is working. His taxes are clear. Do u think they can still refuse our case??? I have interview next month. Just scared. And shld I mention my husband is coming when I go for interview??

Ok.. if your husband is not in favor of the mp that is totally upto you.
Keep praying!! That will help get the process faster. You and your husband are in my duas! May ALLAH help you guys and bring you two together and out of the immigration mess soon! In shaa Allah!

what is the normal trend when case is in process and will new increase time line will effect existing in process case. As per current trend their is 4 to 5 month between in process to decision made. Any one know exact process when they need to call second medical and what background check contain and how long it will and how you know that their is no need of interview if we do not order notes.

HIGHLY doubt it that they will refuse your case(based on the facts you mentioned)

1 year old Daughter's 1st medical: 27 January
Required police certificate: 15 October,
In process from: 21 October
Decision made: 5 February.
Waiting for PPR

When you go to the chc at the gate the guard will ask you that you are with your sponsor... He take your passport and your sponsor to check and also ask for his PR card... They already know that you came with your sponsor you don't have to mentioned them....

send it to the same one! i sent two emails too. confirmation one i didn't reply. the interpreter one, they replied with "there will be an interpreter available for your husband on the interview"

Yeah, i told about my daughter in December so her medical was done in January.
Otherwise my status changed to "in process" after medical request nd additional docs request.
Almost 4 months from "in process " to "decision made "

They will ask you on the interview day that you want to give interview in Urdu or English... It doesn't matter you tick English or urdu in the form....

Question: My MP called me and told me the exact same thing as it appeared on my ecas. "Decision made and will contact my spouse regarding their decision". I requested notes which are due on Monday, Feb23. I called my lawyer and told him that he said "why did you request notes?!" and said that this is going to delay my case even further. I'm so confused - can someone please help?!
