hello.
in my immigration forms I have mentioned that I have been working in my uncle's company ( my father's brother ) I have attached job reference letter with it, his company is registered company everything is legit..but I don't really work there so to complete the gaps in timeline I had to show them I was working there, so my question is will chc verifies it or not? if they do call them they will verify it that im work there..so will chc do this verification or they stick to relationship verification?

thanks for mentioning about meds, i corrected it...so if they verify who will they call? my uncle? as he is the owner. and his cell no. is written on the letter

I think it is really a very bad idea to Lie about it. If you have gap just put that you were searching a job etc. but don't lie because if they noticed it and have doubts they can refuse it for fake information. It is a shame because putting you fake job won't help for family class immigration so it is pointless to lie about it.

ur right but even if they do verification all of people working there know me very well they can easily say that this man works here..

if you think you will be okay then go for it. but one suggestion from me please don't make threads about how you are planning to lie to the system so openly on the forum .. first of all even though Indians game the system more than Pakistanis, we are suffering and its defaming the name of Pakistani's in front of all other different nationalities. Please and thank you. apologize in advance

For spousal sponsorship it will not make any difference if you work or not and they do verify the information even everone knows you there but if some how the doubt about something and they find out that you provided false and misleading information they will reject your case for misrepresentation and by law you will be banned from appling for any category for 2 years. So if you take my friendly advice don't take any chances and also I don't see any need either, just provide true information, put the dates of your gap as unemployed/stayed home/looking for job, rest is upto you.

I am positive that if you put the true information, Dates (to and from)(activity)(Unemployed/stayed/looking for job) it will not slow your process but it will ensure that atleast you will be not rejected and red flagged in cic system and banned from any entry into Canada for 2 years, I can only tell you that and rest is your call and you have to make that decision.

try to make ur wife understand all this..i hope she understand that false information can cause more problem
