Hi. I would like to update everyone. My sister in law had interview today at Islamabad. They asked her for remedical. They were nice to her. Even though they had a very complicated case. But it went well mashAllah. She applied in october 2011.
How much more do u think will it take now.?

I did the same twice during last two months....they are in no rush to settle these cases... they know they have 33 months (as of now) to process them

I applied in March 2013 and file transferred to LVO on June 19th 2014. The status of application is Decesion made. Bt the status was same before the file transferred to LVO. Now 3 months passed and there is no communication from LVO. Till now I did not RCv remedical request. What u people think?

yesterday i email to london then today i got reply

Your passport with visa will be returned in due course. We're unable to confirm exactly when but we expect over the course of the next few weeks.

As my hubby emailed too London regarding pp return but we didn't get back any reply from them.. Don't know why they r giving two weeks time when they can't move by it...
We both sent pp at one day difference to embassy

You have submitted a Nikah Nama, with an accompanying translation. This is in response to our request for the marriage registration certificate. Please be advised that the marriage registration certificate is a separate document, issued by the Union Council.

You have submitted a birth certificate for your child. This certificate does not include the father's details. We require a long form birth certificate, which includes the father's details.

You have submitted a receipt for the payment of the RPRF. This receipt does not include the receipt number, which identifies the payment. Please submit the full receipt, including the receipt number.

Please submit the marriage registration certificate, long form birth certificate including the father's details, and a copy of the full RPRF receipt, including the identifying receipt number, within 30 days.

now what shoudl we do here? my in laws have my nikah nama and they get it translated from toronto, but here they are saying they need marriage registration certificate, so tell me where to get this in Pakistan? my nikah was registered in islamabad, so should i go there?
and as for long form my wife told me when she got that form to fill it,there was no father detail in the form, she asked them and they said when the father i.e me i will come there then they will issue a new form..
also should i post them again or send them via email?

For Nikkah reg Certificate you will have to go in your union council office and ask them for your nikkah certificate. Its a printed paper from union council and all the details of groom and bride in english and this paper is signed by some gov officials.

For Nikkah reg Certificate you will have to go in your union council office and ask them for your nikkah certificate. Its a printed paper from union council and all the details of groom and bride in english and this paper is signed by some gov officials.

so i must go to islamabad or is there a way of getting it without going there?im in Lahore.

No they haven't.. N its not a new thing as they have the habit of informing us everything very late.. I don't know why they always respond us late.. At which address u emailed them??
