Guys i have questio i want to send form im008 and use of representative.can i send it through portal instead of by post.

I applied for my wife in August 2012 and alhamdulilah after so long, they asked for a medical request in June 2014. I completed that on July 10th 2014 and have been waiting for a reply since then.

I checked my ECAS and it says medical results have been received. So how much longer now? Does this dharna drama in ISL have any effect on these processes?

I really am frustrated how much pain we all go through bcz of this process. We are the longest in the world!

Anyhow...can anyone help me out? Im starting to worry.

i just checked my status changed from application received to "in process" ,, how long it will take to send me ppr now?
they started application process on 5 sept.

Mine have same story! My ecase changed in to "in process" after I received my second medical request by email and also they mentioned that my process was started on 5 Sep 2014.

Just an FYI - Just spoke to my MP's assistant and she told me they have completed the quota (visa issuance) for spousal for this year. I should expect to hear something early next year.

I already filed inland application to sponsor my spouse with open work permit. CIC received it on 05 Sep 2014 but no letter for acknowledgement.
My Spouse study permit going to expired by the end of September. I know that she will get the implied status.
But to be on safer side i also applied for her visitor visa once her study permit expired to be on safer side. I also wrote them that she already applied for her sponsorship.

Is this wise to do it or i already make the mistake, Because i did not hear from them till now after 5 days of online filing the application.

Any advice in this regard after all the things done should be appreciated

Hey guys ..LVO sent me a remed but I didnt get it on my address ..my husband got it today ..Alhamdullillah ....I was so worried like it will take forever to get that post ..but it only took four days to reach Canada! Waoooo
