CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

Its almost 6 months for me- so I sent a couple of emails to Islamababd and Ottawa. Gonna contact MP next. Can't be complacent anymore- my marraige is genuine I have nothing to fear.

Keep us inform what happen next?
Do u get an approval email from cic with file no and uci #

Yup 2 months is enough. Mine was approved in mid September i am still waiting, i have not Contacted my MP i will do that as well in January. Do you also have medical results received? I wonder how often they update the online status and what is usually their next step.

Yup it says medicals received in ecas. My file was approved on a thursday and by next tuesday i was able to login and check my status. and I think they did a really good job in updating my ecas, there is no reason for me to not to believe in it unless ofcourse I find something wrong after involving my MP

when i got the letter i was not able to log in the same day, but no update was there. after few days later when i checked online status it was updated. since then there haven't been any updates. I hope my file is transferred to Islamabad Ameen.

Ameen, I just get a positive feeling about 2012 cases .. hope we get out of this soon with positive reply that is : visa!

does it says application recived and then when we click on that we see application recived and medical recived....
or it says decision made and then after click u see medical recived

yes i got all that stuff. letter from ottawa tellling me my file had been transferred to islamabad on Jun 21 2012. since then nothing. my wife's ecas doesnt even show medicals recieved and she did that long time ago.

it says "Decision made"
and when I click on that it says
We received your application to sponsor (husband's name) on oct 2012

and under permanent residence application status
it says " application received"
and when I click on it, it says

We received (husband's name) application for permanent residence on October 2012.

Medical results have been received.

my decision made is for stage 1. I applied for my husband so my ecas is kinda different than yours. You are the applicant right? I logged in thru my UCI .. and when I login thru my application # it only shows me "application received" under PPR application status and obviously it goes on saying when the application was received and also that they got his medicals.

Try logging in through UCI - enter your husband information ( I think hes sponsoring you - apologize in advance if em wrong) and you will see everything that I do.

yes my husband is sponsering me and we cant see through UCI because his sister in law checked his ecase (his elder brother has his copy of landing paper) and when my husband got to know this he click on hide information box..coz his citizenship process is also under process.

i dont know why these things r done by close relatives..if we live together it wont harm her but still she is curies about our lives and case process
