hey everyone. Mashallah congrats to those who got papers. For some reason i am not able to modify my profile to add my applications timeline. I Filed my wife's application on July 06, 2012, File was transferred to Islamabad on Sep 19, 2012 since then no update... I have been reading a few posts with peoples files not being sent out to Islamabad. Now i am scared.

I dont know about problems but I think high school is sufficient as long as your wife isn't like an MBA or PHD because I heard then compatibility issues come in to play. Education isnt a big deal for them.. just explain them in your application that once you land here you want to do your bachelors from a Canadian university to get a professional job as you dont want to live hand to mouth with an odd job. If your wife went to high school or university here why doesn't she apply online for jobs and you send in those emails to show you guys are serious about settling in Canada in a professional way rather than driving a cab, working for some retail store e.t.c

Has there been any update in the online status for you? For me It's been saying that Medical results have been received. i don't know if it means in Canada or Islamabad. It has been saying that since i was approved. Also since our timeline is the same if there is any update please let me know, and i will do the same. Thanks. I emailed him he replied saying I have to go sign papers for me to allow them to have access to my information so they can send the inquiry off to Islamabad. I don't want to end up finding out 6 months later that my file never got transferred.
