passport not sening is compltly fine she can send when ever she wants within 30 days but sending ASAP is recomended and 3-4 days is not a big deal at all

i applied for my son's LVP on July 1st... still waiting for his passport.

Also i could not book a ticket under his name.. the travel agent said u need to have a passport to be able to book a ticket to fly. so i did a reservation although it doesn't say that it's a reservation on it.. his and his mom's on the same date for Aug 10th 2014. is this ok?

Today is July 21st no answer yet.. and i need to go back to Pakistan so i can bring them back to Canada, my wife already got her PR Visa,

My Question is.. will it make a different if i go back pakistan and go to Canadian embassy and tell them to give my son a passport ASAP? anyone who been to CHC let me know? if they dont give right away how long will it take? Worse thing every waited for so long.. my wife has her visa but now waiting for my sons...

Any suggestion? how to get LVP back faster?

I'm sorry to say but you would be getting the whole application back from Islamabad.
you can book a travel ticket for you son on his Pakistani Passport and that's what I did for my daughter.
You should arrange your travel plan after 8 to 10 weeks once you submit your child applcation.
I don't think so they would issue you the passport before Aug 1.

For Hubby Chubby I don't think it takes 20 days in my case it took about 10 weeks.

They received my child application on May 9, 2014
They sent the passport back on July 17, 2014

A question to senior Members
My wife,s medical has been expired in April 2014 and nothing so far. She is going to offer HAJJ in the end of August with family. will she get her re medical before she will go?

2nd-Should we inform LVO that she is going for hajj or after she come back then we should tell them ?
3rd- Is it compulsory to inform LVO that she is going or she went for HAJJ?

what happens if she is in saudia and i got her pp Request?

Quick question, I did not do upfront medical when i submitted my application last October. but finally i did my medical in June 2014 and now i am contemplating to order notes, my question is should i use the same old UCI for ordering notes or after doing the medical i will have a new one?

Well I'm sorry to hear that it took 10 weeks for you.

But in my case, it took 20 working days.

I'm sorry to say but you would be getting the whole application back from Islamabad.

hi, you are only ~12 months into your application. i highly doubt they will ask for remedical or PP right now. if they ask for remed you usually have 45 days or so for completion.

UCI & File #s remain the same. they only change if you submit a new application. both the sponsor and applicant will have difference UCI #s.

you submitted your initial application without medical? what prompted you to do the medical in now June 2014 - was this a request from embassy?

Yes i submitted my application without medical, it was not an issue with CIC or London, as i did get my sponsorship approval (from CIC) and document request from (London).

No it was not a request from London i did it voluntarily.
