Your wife should sponsor you for Canadian Permanent residency in family class sponsorship. The complete application package is available at CIC website. That's what you need to do. Forget about the student visa etc etc.

I applied study permit on 28-march 2014 and toady I have got the refusal.
Reasons given are as follows;

you have not satisfied me that you'll leave Canada after your studies.and I concluded this in the light of following points;

travel history
purpose of visit

can anyone please tell what could be the reason behind this, and can these be removed?

Hello fellas!
I got PPR 1st on May 7th. I noticed that people who got PPR after me were already getting PPR2. (Don’t get me wrong here, I am very happy for them and wish them a happy life ) However, I emailed my MP to enquire weather or not LVO have recieved my email with passport copies as I am afariad they can just say that they have never received any. Following is my MP's response. I just want to know what do they mean by BRING FORWARD DATE. And are they saying I should expect PP2 by end of June? Can anyone guide me? Thank you in advance!

“This spousal sponsorship was approved on January 30, 2012.
The eligibility has been passed.
The background checks have been completed.
The medicals are valid until October 31, 2014.
A letter was sent to client requesting passports, as well as, height, eye colour and photos.
The bring-forward date is June 01, 2014 so check back in about a month at the end of June and send the information that they requested above if you got the letter.

We will try to expedite the process but you can check back with us in about a month for another status update”

dont e too woryy abuot that someone received PPR 2 after 32 days so wait for the 6weeks....or if they may not receive you Email they may ask you again after a month
