CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

a friend of mine applied in dec 2012 and file transferred to Islamabad in Jan 2012 abhi sept mai she got a letter for more proofs so looks like 2012 is going to be fast!

between I just checked CIC and step 1 went from 43 days to 35 days. last week they were working on sept 12, 2012 and now its sept 26, 2012. which means my file will be transferred to Islamabad or Ottawa soon.

and also Jason Kenney made another announcement today. why doesnt he talk about processing time for spousal applications?

I finally got an email reply saying that my file is in process and to submit any thing to ISL...

I contacted my MP office, but those dimwits didnt do jack for me, well, someone is gona get told off my property when they come looking for votes...

Hmm i think these days MPs are not interfairing or pushing in immigration process but if any thing is unusual...

Any ways i noticed no one knows exactly how cpp Ottawa is working but hope for best buddy "No news is good news" ...

The main issue with cpp Ottawa is that it has many visa office to process. Buffalo is a priority, cpp ottawa would have been a good addition to chc isb however, it isnt the only visa office. That increases the processing times for all applicants to an average Of 14 to 20 months for isb.

Good to see some progress. If cic has reduced their processing times its a good start. However, isb never process fast. They do ask for documents and they go to sleep. I remember them goin as far as askin for visas to stamp and not returning them for over 100 days. Chc is unpredicatable.

Kenny not really interested in spousal sponsership. He wants to catch marriage fraud and immigration fraud so he can look like a hero.

I would just like to change my wifes contact info.

Although my letter had stated for further information contact islamabad. I am not sure where my file is. Where can i contact to get this changed.

Ottawa, islamabad, mississauga? Does anyone have islamabad email ID? and what should be the format of the email?

May ALLAh help us all get our spouses here as fast as possible. Waiting is the worse thing ever!

If the email said that your file is transferred to Islamabad, then its been transferred to Islamabad.

Visit this page. It has all the information you need in order to update CHC-Islamabad. Make sure you follow their guidelines when you update them. Also, use your Client ID if you don't have a file number starting with F. If you do have it then include it in the email along with the rest of the info.

If her address changed then your wife needs to write a letter of address change, sign it and send it to CHC-Islamabad by TCS.

Additional document April 5, 2012
Due to medical expiring on DEC 02,2012
She Got call from Islamabad on Oct 8th asked if she can make it before Medical expires. We said yes

PPR on Email Oct 10, 2012
Passports send Oct 11, 2012

Passport back with visa Nov 01 2012

She Got call from Islamabad on Oct 8th asked if she can make it before Medical expires. We said yes

Passport back with visa Nov 01 2012

more Pictures us family and friends together, certifed copies of Passport, certified copies of birth certificate or CNIN card, original marraiage certificate, more evidence of contact and recent communication between us and also all her schools and university original certificates.

they also give us 45 days to send all the back.

it was email to my lawyer office, and i was not part of ottawa pilot project

This is weird !
My application was filed on 11dec 2011
my Husband got email dat the application reached at CIC on 31st jan 2012
Got transferred to Islamabad at 7th February 2012...
No news as yet. My med was done in Nov 2011.
Ecas shows Application recieved...since February.
Although m veryyy happyy for you Safi ! but yet i don't get it ! how come Isloo processed your file first ?? Don't they follow according to file number ? ??? ???

And the additional docs u mentioned abt sending them later...so we have alreadyyy submitted the mentioned docss wid our applicationnnn !! sooo yyyyyyyy ! no news ! :'( :'( :'( :'( this is frustrating !
