yea i did last week....looks like i am the only islamabad applicant left here and i have a feeling they didn't receive my police certificate that i had to get from another country..

Hey listen ...I have an idea and a gut feeling about why ur file is still in Isloo ..I observed this too..they transferred those files to the LVO where there was still some work to be done ..I saw another case on this forum and his file was not also transferred and he got his ppr and visa from Isloo ...so keep ur hopes high and stop worrying about it ..

Is it right to say that London is processing applications based on first come first serve? Seems like they r working on Nov Dec 2011 applications..n early 2012 applications?

Looks like its gna b a long wait till they come down to Oct2012

Ordered my notes n found out nothing started on my file yet.

There is no FIRST COME FIRST SERVE by London too.

They are following same way the Islamabad used to do lucky draw or selection.

Only thing is different is they are working as compared to Islamabad look busy and doing nothing.
Islamabad did "BS" work whole year of 2013 and enjoyed STRIKE.
They are paid by our taxes and enjoy public holidays of Pakistan and Canada.
Higher Canadian officers or Decision making office just enjoyed strike whole year and created big big back log.

London is doing more big insanity and doing processing of 2013 applicant without re-medical on fast track.

But for 2011 and 2012 applicant they have just started re-processing as Islamabad did nothing for last 2 years.
Islamabad staff is insane and likes to waste time by asking non sense documents and doing nothing on them.
also I read and heard they is money game going that is why back log got too much promotion.

Wait for your luck draw....as we are badly struck in the hands of insane people.

Help me in fixing mistake in marriage certificate pakistan

Salam,
I am planning to apply under FWS 2014, as a finance manager Pakistan.
I have come in trouble with my marriage certificate because by mistake my wife wrong Date of birth is mention in our marriage certificate. Instead of 29th June 1982 it is mention only 20 years.
My marriage was held in 2012 in Pakistani my wife National Identity Card it is mention 29th June 1982 correctly.
Now my documents are ready but I don’t know how to fix it, and how long it will take.
Can I send my application without correction and try to fix it later.
Kindly help me I need your advice urgently.

When you apply in FWS you don't need to send your marriage certificate. Marriage certificate is required only in spousal sponsorship. You need to assemble your experience certificate, educational documents, IELTS and passports. For further details check the guide lines on cic website. Don't worry the date of birth and just the age issue on the marriage certificate. I hope this will help.

According to you if ISB didn't do anything then LVO is not re-processing they are just processing the files when they were handed over to them and if they get these done in 11 months that would be the expected time.
Look at it this way, when we applied the process time was 26-32 months, now it looks to be shorter than that even if by a month. In short it can only get better compared to what ISB was doing with our files.

P.S: People working in our Pakistani consulate enjoy the same perks with shorter working hours 9am - 12:15pm

There is no need of being worried about, just email them and hopefully they will inform you why they called you. In your email tell them that you missed their call.

Hi thanks dear for guiding me actually you know what i don't know who called me at early morning main mobile silent pr rakhti hoon kiyon k mera baby ji 16 minths ka hay so raha hota hay tu mujhay pata nahi chala k call a rahi hay kuch dair k baad check kiya to miss call ka alert a raha tha aur number ki jagha no caller id a raha tha is liya main call back bhi nahi kr sakti. So pata nahi k kis nay call ki thii. Ub aiesi sorat main preshan hinay k ilawa kiya karoon?

Got ppr-1 on 16th of april 2014
Ppr-2 on 10 May 2014
Passport sent on 12 may 2014
Passport back with visa on 21 may 2014.

My Rep has not yet sent my Passport copy to london despite the promptly reply with all the required documents and foam (thanks to the great people on this forum)

I just rcvd an email from london today asking me to submit few docs which include

Long form birth certificate for the principal applicant
The long form birth certificate for your baby

Previously ottawa sent me back my originals in Aug 13 after scanning them. My birth certificate is not registered with union council or nadra. But it is just the hospital issued birth certficate. It dont have my name written over it. Just B/O ______ the dob and time etc. Now my ques is that k do i had to send them the registered one now or the old one that i previously sent??
