Did you ever order GCM notes if so what does it says any comments written from immigration Officer. Is it a Nikkah only case?
Do you guys have children together?
Any significant age difference between you and your spouse?
What i can sense is something really bad going on higher up. Hopefully i am wrong, but it doesnt shows
any seriousness from CIC's higher authorities as family reunion is their priority atleast not if you were born
in this region. I have asked the CIC Minister to just amend the law that states any body with this race is
lesser citizen and should not expect the same rights.
Well dont give up guys keep writing to the Prime minister's office and other opposition leader. If possible send
them post mails.
Lets see how long does this insanity lasts. This is just cruel.

but the thing is will they issue LVP to my daughter without my wife already have the visa. and also what the reason should i gave for LVP and is it possible to reserve child air ticket without any visa or passport?

well you see, canadian citizenship certificate takes approx 6-8 months (maybe a bit longer in pakistan because chc sends the forms to canada for process). Its always good to have the child's passport. If by chance your wife gets visa, atleast your child will be ready for travel. If you only apply for the certificate, then you will have to apply for passport later and just make the waiting game longer than it already is. Though, the final decision is yours.

The due dates mentioned on the GCMS notes, do they even follow them or just put them to give us false hopes?:/ this entire process is seriously nerve racking! They won't give us a visit visa so tht we can atleast go for some months n reside with our spouses, nor do they process our PR quickly so that we can actually start a proper married life. I really feel for all of you who are waiting since sooo many months to get through this! May Allah make it easy for all of us inshaAllah!!

I think you should send them proofs even if they haven't asked for it! Also update them that you ppl have a child together now. I'm not saying this will expedite your process but will help make your application stronger. I'm going to send them proofs next week of all my husbands visits to PK and our trips abroad in the past year. Also the whatsApp chat n viber logs n emails. I want them to have all of them before the initial review. I hope they do it v soon!

I haven't done it yet so not sure how to do it online BUT in the previous posts of this thread this issue was discussed n there was this one link someone posted by which you can upload all the proofs n email it to them. So if you find that link, please post it here. It will be helpful for me too. Thanks

Well, i did not enquire about my case, they asked me for additional documents in January and told me once they will receive the documents then it will take 4 months to review them. After 3 months got this email that my file is awaiting officers review and infact this email ended up in my sponsor's mailbox rather then in mine.
Whats going on?

This is Background/Declaration IMM5669E form,you might have missed some section of the form, and also at the end there is one section where they advised you not to sign now.

Salam in what part of your notes. Is it paper history or at the beginning?
