I don't think they even read our files I had the same thing happen to me also back in July 2012 and the officer stated that he's not aware of the reason for the TRV when half the file was based on my pregnancy and having my husband their with me. these ppl are bonkers I don't know what criteria they are following for TRV's :-\

I applied for Trv with sponsorship case in progress and got the visa and currently in Canada. They took almost 3 months and gave me visa in feb 14. Secondly when I applied first time they also rejected me and I thought the same that they never read my file. When I re applied I made sure I answered all the points on which they rejected me. I wrote a 2 page answer for each of the rejection point n secondly.

Thanks for your kind answer. It really helping me to understand procedure. I got AOR in August 2013. So now what you think should i go for notes or I should wait more 2-3 months and then I ask for notes?

I've been advised and seen members advise other members to always wait until you reach your 1 year mark before ordering notes you will have a better insight on where your file is currently at

Yes I came across this pp photos lack biodata and was meaning to ask was their supposed to be something written on the back of the passport pictures that we submitted with our applications?

In Sha Allah they start re meds soon this waiting game is getting more difficult day by day :-\
