Today (27/03/2013) I just got back my passport. My visa issuance date is 14/03/2013. Total process took 16 months. I am planning to fly in June and expected to land in Toronto.
I need lot of guidance regarding my settlement / first job etc. If anyone is in better position to guide me in this regard, please let me know.

First thing first..... You should start applying for jobs right away.

Could you also please enlighten me of your expertise? What do you want to do when you arrive in Canada?
Also why Toronto? My friend Toronto at the moment has a huge market for everything but jobs are next to nothing.
Have you considered moving to another province? Having family or cousins in Toronto should not be the reason stopping you moving to another province.
Oil and Sand market is huge in other provinces like Alberta, Sask, Manitoba etc etc and they pay good money too. Don't bound your self to Toronto. I understand there are a lot of DESI's residing there but its time for you to make your future so these things shouldn't matter.
if you are coming from Islamabad, then Toronto is definitely not the place for you. Its very over crowded, jobs are hard to find, and no peace. Trust me. Even the God dam traffic is terrible. Worse than Pindi and Lahore
