You should get Pakistani "NICOP" for your ladies you can get well they visiting you here in Pakistan. This way they don't needs Pakistani visas on there Canadian passport.

Any way to find out where our file really is? Ottawa or Islamabad? My lawyer got a letter in the mail from CPC-M that file has been transferred to CIC-I. I emailed my MP, been a week no reply. Any help would be appreciated . I just want to make sure my file actually IS transferred somewhere.

email CHC islamabad n they will give u ur file number n that will explain to u if they have ur file or not
n have ur lawyer do all this, ur not paying him to do nothing....

u can fax them but they ignore it, its better to do both fax n mail it off to them so they kno that u want them be careful n update

I'm doing fine, thanks for asking nothing updates by CHC I after AOR.

But i did update my love and relationship with my wife by myself by visiting her.
Enjoying these days with her in lahore.

Honestly.. I regret hiring a lawyer. Waste of money and time. I don't recommend ANYONE to do that unless the case is super duper complicated. I shouldn't have hired a lawyer. I'll just do it myself. They are no good!

Also, does it make a difference if I email from my work email address or personal? I'd rather use my personal, God forbid if something happens at work, I don't want them emailing my work email address.

ur right ma husband asked me to get a lawyer but since i will be doin all da work y get a lawyer. N for the fike number if chc gives if to u it means ur application is in chc. U can even asked them if they have received ur application lol sorri im at work n wen i get home insha'allah i will inbox u

You are right Jerry, we hired a lawyer but whenever i m calling him and asking for help. he always says i can do nothing. i m calling him once after 2 or 3 month still he is not doing a good behavior...he is always talking about money...like if u want me to email and take our info about ur case..give me 500 dollors...if u want me to make them to put ur file for decision maKING OFFICER SO give me 10 thousand dollors...the last time i just got mad at him and told him u r good for nothing and it was our mistake hiring u for our case.

we only hired him bcz we thought everything will go on very soon bcz they better know what to do...he only helped us in the start not after that.....it is my advice to junior friends...plz dont hire a lawyer unless ur case in complicated
