Lahore...I've had enough and it's time for email to everyone I can think of...they keep saying each file can be different however one part should be same, how can some medicals be evaluated in 3 weeks and others not in 3 months...

exactly. once they have sent the medical request letter they should inquire about it. It's not like we're free nd so happy in our lives nd applied just to have fun nd see how much they can torture us? we never applied to test each others patient nd who can have the heart attack 1st.

Yea I find it pretty stupid and illogical for them to think that someone didn't do their medical and is lying claiming they did. I suggest if you guys are in a situation where the CHC-Idiots think you haven't done your remeds, just redo them like 5 times and send the results. At least 1 out of 5 will get to the CHC-Idiots so they can continue to process your file. Yes it'll cost you a bit, but hey its better than waiting and arguing with a bunch of Idiots.

when you email, you can send the same email to multiple peoples by adding "CC's"(carbon copies). So I suggest you add all the top people. Your MP your Mayor, management for CHC-I etc. This'll make that 1 person who replies back feel pressured and do what he/she can to ensure they give you the right information, otherwise they can then be punished by the rest.

I intend to do that if something goes wrong.

read the comments on that article. See what I mean, I don't want anything to do with this country. May Allah grant me a decent career so I can leave. I don't want to live in a country where I'm not wanted. I suggest all of you do the same.

She can claim (family re-unification or asylum) at the border. Thats what my brother in law did, he was here within 2 weeks of marriage, once in canada she sponsored him inland & droped the asylm case.

I have hard time to believe that you can just get USA visit visa that easy and then come to Canadian border and say the magic word family re unification and they let you in. If it is that easy then why all these people are waiting in the list ?
