Guys, when CHC do background checks so do they write Process in the place of application received or not? I did my remedical in july 2012 and got letter from embassy asking for PCC. so submit my PCC week before too

Dont sponsor yet, try for a visit visa either US or Canada.
Try US if you lucky you wife can be with you in a couple of weeks.

What do you mean by US visa ? How can she get US visa ? even if she can get it how can she come to Canada with US visa ?

I dont know wht the hell is going on with chc i ? I did my remedical on July 27 and sent them the Copy of the receipt which i got from the dr. I think still they have not recieved the result of my med thats why they sent me a medical req again on sept 10. To hell with the india office why they dont send the med results?

If you've ordered recently can you let me know details of what it says about medical and PHEP...mine says meds not complete after I sent and sending section A when the medical is also showing in progress in Dehli...I'm thinking maybe they mean that section A needs to be done by MD in Dehli? Cause that's a summary...I don't think IOM doctor makes any determination.

When my wife received her call, they never asked about remed, just about whether she sent repcc or not. Which we already did quite a while back. I'm not sure what you mean by PHEP.

they did your wife gether visa? wasnt she pregnant like me? I thou CHC-I was waitin for her xray.

its very easy to travel alone even if she doesnt knw english.

Well my wife did not get her visa because Canada Visa Office would not do it unless she did her xray. I asked at local hospitals and they said yes chest xray is safe and just to be safer to put lead on her stomach. She went to Islamabad again to do her chest xray and they did it and also protected her. Due to her being out of the first term of pregnancy it is safe. She did it on Oct 4th I think so inshallah she will be gettin her passport back latest by october 25th.

PHEP is the page with passport, eye color info etc...my wife's shows that they day they got passport etc they have comment meds not complete which might mean that they can't proceed with passport as meds not complete? Then there's a comment about sending out section a...my due date for medical was September 6 so way over that!

I would suggest you not complicate matters and simply proceed with a regular sponsorship...getting wife here on visitors visa is nice but could be done concurrently with regular sponsorship...don't apply visitors first...your sort of lucky as sponsorship times are decreasing and it seems a good case can get approved in 12-18 months now. I'm not aware if US visa gets you to Canada but again, stay away from complications, which are exactly what additional visas etc are.

They send me on 12 September but i got it in the end of september and on 1st october CHC recive my PCC
