A) just go back to the doc. ans ask him to provide a copy since CIC did not receive the medical results.
B) maybe try to email or call, fax sms... mms , Dehli to find out about your medical and explain your situation.
C) Get a Jewish Lawyer to sue these so called humans :-\

I asked my husband to call the doctor nd tell him about the situation, but have to wait untill monday . Hopefully, I will get contact info. from there nd then I will e-mail in New Delhi. u know wht CHC-I said, tht my husband sent the results in CHC-I not to New Delhi. How can one do tht? only doctor can send it nd y doesn't CHC-I contact New Delhi nd ask them wht r u doing? y not sending the results to where they should be(CHC-I) not in ur office in (New Delhi). Jazak Allah brother. nd can u really sue them? I wish I could ???

My wife inshallah should be coming to Canada late October and I just wanted to ask few questions. My wife cannot speak english and I am planning on her coming via PIA from Peshawar to Toronto straight.

Question 1- Does that flight make a stop somewhere (and if so do they have to go out of the plane)
Question 2- Is there any chance she might get lost coming by herself with really no English skills
Question 3- I heard that when coming to Canada you have to fill out something declaring what you have? When does this happen, after coming to Canada, before or what? Since she has no english skills how can she write what the forms ask

1. PIA is the best way for her it comes directly from karachi i'm not sure about peshawar
2. The staff can fill out the declaration form for her
3. tell her not to bring any food item
4. Also tell her to declare that there are goods to follow which she will get shipped ( if you guys want to bring stuff like furniture and etc with out duty she will have that option until her 3 years are not over)
5. there are so many urdu speaking immigration officers now she should have any issues

You guys are forgetting one thing...

Our passports are "HARRA KAAM MEIN KHARA, LEEMO KI TAQAT SAY BHARRA"

I feel like the rest of the countries, Pakistani's have also been involved in criminal and fraudulent activities and hence the security & criminal checks are more agressive towards us. I also feel that people like us with legit cases have to suffer the consequences. My questions to you all are;

Why does a Pakistani passport need a freakin visa for every single country in the world for travel or stay?

Why do we have separate queues at the airport for immigration and customs?

Why is our immigration processing time period 26 months?
