Fozi, didn't you get PPR already and waiting for visa to be stamped?? If so do not send them anything because it can delay your case - if they needed more proof they would have asked you, but since they didn't it means they were satisfied with you relationship.

Assalamoalikum,
I havea question from forum members. On may 15,2012 I sent a parcel through Canada Post o CHC-I (at tht time i didn't know canada post is not reliable. I came to know frm this forum after I sent it).
2012/05/22 08:18 44050,Pakistan Item successfully delivered
2012/05/21 13:54 PKKHIA,Pakistan International item has arrived in a foreign country
2012/05/16 13:09 MISSISSAUGA International item has left Canada
2012/05/15 13:04 SCARBOROUGH Item accepted at the Post Office

44050 is not the postal code of CHC-I so Icaled canada post regarding my mail whether it's delivered to right address. I searched about this postal code nd it says there are foreign office. Last week, I receivd a mail from Canada post saying tht "Despite an extensive search, we have been unable to locate your item. As a result, Canada Post is reimbursing you in the amount of $46.52 plus postage, a fixed rate set under international postal regulations for lost International Registered items, regardless of value. Regrettably, the Registered Mail fee is not refundable. "

Another point is I have sent receipt of ROLF $490 nd proofs of ongoing relatonship nd if CHC-I didn't receive my parcel they would ask me the more proofs nd receipt too coz when i filed application I only sent proof of wedding. No pics of post wedding nd any other proofs. My question is should I contact CHC-I regarding my mail. Any help qould be appreciated Jazak Allah

Can't agree more! What exactly is their criteria? People tell me that they are not influenced by sifarish and stuff. I doubt it, since they don't seem to have any reasonable pattern of processing their cases. What do you guys have to say about it?

I have worked in similar fashion in the past where we receive email requests regarding Email hosting. And we would always try to pick out the nice and easy ones. Its probably the same in the office, they want to pick out the nice and easy ones. That look organized and clean and easy to read. Can you imagine having to shuffle through a bunch of papers?

Especially those that send like tons and tons of paper, for them to then have to go through all that is quite demotivating. So that is why I was told to make it nice and neat and organized and also quality, not quantity so that you make it more appealing than the other's. We will see how quickly mine gets completed..but so far its been good. End of October 2011 is when CHC-I had my file, by July of 2012 my wife's already completed remed.

That is like 9 months, and we also have to take into account that we got delayed because we received the AOR late and had to ask for an extension to get all the paper work. InshAllah we will all get visa soon.

yah thats correct but in this list some of the member only got Re-Medical request in Month of july no PPR...big difference haan

FoFozi, you'll be needing to send all these documents again, and if I were in your place, I would certainly look into the option of suing them for the lost parcel, as that has caused you irrepairable loss of time.

But yeah, before sending any further proof, it is best to make sure through your MP or GCMS that where your case stands. If your bground checks are over, and they are satisfied with your relationship, then this proof would be just a waste of more precious time.

It's all fine with CHC-I because my husband already did re-medical nd pp is snet too. I think CHC-I has received the parcel but Canda Post couldn't track it. If CHC-I didn't receive it then they would have asked for more proofs nd for sure receipt of ROLF $490? I didn't pay the full fees in the beginning so they would have ask my husband to pay the fees before they send ppr? right? I will ask my MP to chck it too.

Yes, just waiting for pp back with visa stamped. I am not sending anything just asking for suggestion wht should I do in this case with Canada Post? CHC-I didn't ask for more proofs, so it means they received my parcel. right?

i think one should try to get a job at CHC-I

the plus points are that you'll be close to your spouse and family
you'll have a great job like canada
and the best part is that you wont have to do anything for months and no body will ask you anything
seriously if your bosses are not working in canada why would you work in islamabad

just sip coffee all day and still sleep at your desk

my dear pakistan and pakistani system hating friend

how long did it take you to get all the documents for the application

i know the weight of my application was like 2 to 2.5 kilograms
all the documents where 100% authentic and true
95% of the documents were made in pakistan by pakistani government officials in their paid duty time paid by government of pakistan

and it took my wife and I about 2 moths to put together the application

the waiting time that coffee sipping pakistani official took was way less then 1 month for all the documents
i did not pay a single pakistani rupee to any official to speed up the process for the documents

ALL OF YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS PROCESS SO YOU MUST KNOW ALL THAT UNLESS MY PAKISTAN HATING FRIEND HERE HAD TO PAY BIG MONEY TO SOME PAKISTANI OFFICIAL TO GET HIS WIFE'S DOCUMENTS FROM PAKISTANI OFFICIALS

the part of pakistani government was done in less then a month

now when i sent my wife's application to MOST ACTIVE WELL TRAINED, EFFICIENT, WELL-ORGANIZED, DISCIPLINED, PROFICIENT, GIFTED, SKILLED, RESOURCEFUL AND CAPABLE ..... CHC-I

THEY ARE TAKING ALL THAT TIME

BUT NO NEED TO PANIC ......... because the time is well under the normal processing time

still i am not complaining there are systems everywhere ..... AND THE SYSTEMS WORK

so my friend it is totally ok if you hate someone but when you start pointing finger ....... try to be a bit fair

if you have a shred of decency please please tell the forum how long it took you to get all the supporting documents from pakistan
and we all know how long the process is taking right now
