CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Is it necessary for sponsor to have a job? because mine sponsor is not working, as she is living alone in Canada with our daughter.

this could be a problem if she is taking social assistance because while taking social assistance i don't think she can submit undertaking for you
because undertaking is a commitment that is unconditional

in that case that should not be a problem but not paying taxes can delay the case
because they might think your planing on moving back to pakistan after immigration that's why your wife left the job

i have seen alot of cab drivers having their applications delayed for upto 3 years because they don't pay taxes

but you know every application is different as every immigration officer is different

Very Strange. Do u have a copy of the medical receipt. Fax it as a proff. Hope you get ur passport soon inshallah.

I do have a copy of mdical receipt nd my husband already sent i to CHC-I with passport. Today, my husband called at IMO office to inquire about the medical results. Medical was done on july 17, 2012 nd they said medical results were sent on July 25, 2012. I checked nd results were delivered to India on July 27, 2012. I don't know why CHC-I hasn't received them yet

that means they are waiting for your re medical results that should not take more then 10 weeks because your medical is now sent to india they check your medical and send it back to islamabad
and islamabad will stamp your visa once they receive results from india

yes they are waiting for the medical results, but i don't know y is it taking so long for CHC-I to get medical results? Does it take 10 weeks from the date medical is done or once it reaches india? Does it take tht long for India to send the results back? it took 2 days for India to get the results from Pakistan but y weeks nd months to send it back? don't get it

Did you check the file number pasted on your medical request? I know of a case where they printed the wrong number (the one that begins with B). Although luckily that didn't land them in any trouble (the meds were received by CHC-I). But you could check all your details on the letter to find out if something is wrong there.

File number starts with B on the letter. Is it a problem?

dear you have made me worried. Because both file numers pasted on my remed and ppr were starting with B. I would be very thankful if other members sould confirm which type of file numbers are appearing on their letters so that my tension is released.

Dont worry about the file number which starts with B.

Cuz ever applicant has three kind of numbers which are as fowllowing.

UCI Number= is for the sponsor
Fxxxxxxx = is online file number for applicant
Bxxxxxxx = is the applicant's file number inside the chc-i for thier paper work.
So it is compeletly right dont worry. Every thing is ok. And keep praying for others also.

that is why we are here
but with all due respect this is not a nice thing to say about the country that gave us life and made us what most of us are
i can only speak for myself when i say pakistan gave me what i have and made me what i am today
i would not want to sell myself to anyone just to get a visa few months earlier

Besides if someone is willing to sell something as sacred as their own MOTHERLAND then i personally think that person does not need to go anywhere they can have a great life anywhere in the world
