CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Yeah i did my re medical test but before that got a letter to send them my orignal nikah khat...i did my medical test 20 days before and now want to send them my nikah khat...just confused to which section should i send it...Immigration or Visa Section?

My time line 2011 to 2012
Case Submitted: 2 feb 2011.
AOR received: 18 March 2011.
Embassy notified me in july 2011 they ve started processing my case.
Re med and Police certificates: 15 may 2012
Passport required: 1 july 2012.
passport sent on 6 july 2012.
Almost 4 weeks have passed but I have not got my passport back. My question is, is this normal. please reply.

when you do nikah
you get 2 copies of nikah nama
and 1 copy goes to the record of QUAZI
every copy has 2 pages
you can aslo request english copy of your nikah nama from NADRA (if your nikah nama is from pakistan)
or you can get it translated into english and get it attested
and you have to send ONE ORIGINAL COPY THAT YOU WILL GET BACK AND ONE ENGLISH COPY.

The letter was send from Canada Embassy through TCS courier. on the cover of the letter, there was stamp of Canada high commision. immigration section but on the letter uper side they wrote Visa section but in last they again mentioned Immigration section....that is it

Thanks dear bro but the only confussion is they mentioned both. in first wrote Visa section but in the end wrote Immigration.lolzzzz

plus the letter they send me, they asked its copy back bcz on that letter my complete name and file number in mentioned

dosnt metter immigration or visa section . i think ur case in visa section if u send in visa section its better for u bro . dont worry its visa section
