friday is a lucky day for me .. 3 weeks back on friday i recieved additional info and now this... inshaAllah next friday it would be the passport request and then next friday ill be in Canada.. although i know tickets r *censored word* expensive in this season because of summers in canada...

do u all know that now our remedical would be sent by the IOM.. this is a new medical center now
but why havent i got the passport request for this,,
on this its just written if i have been returned a passport for this remedical, i should send it back.. not this that i should send my passport to them...
who gives them their original passport before this,,
man this is so confusing or i have become too dumb in excitement
i cant understand english anymore ..
the irony is this its 12 am in canada n my husband is sleeping n not attending my call ...

IOM Stands for International Organization for Migrants ...It has nothing to do with Medicals. It just helps new migrants from all over the world.

when do u know the interview has been waived

Well in my case re-medical was done on June 20, 2012 from Dr. Wakil and it reached Delhi within a week .. Ecas update on July 6, 2012 as Medical results haveen received...so it's just a matter of 2 weeks..

hi.i am new comer to this site.i find it useful.so i am sharing my timeline with u all.it may help someone:

sponsorship application received(in canada) = 21-3-2011
decision made(letter sent to sponsoring person in canada)= 19-4-2011
PR application received(in islamabad) = 28-4-2011
started processing the application = 1-3-2012
ReMedicals & Passport request letter received = 6-6-2012
ReMedicals done = 7-6-2012
Passport sent = 12-6-2012
current status on cic website = In Process
passport back with visa on it = not yet(today is 13-7-2012)
its almost 16 months since application was filed.

thats my timeline.others can compare their cases with it.
i have a question..how long does it take to receive passport back with visa after passport is sent to islamabad high commission(in my case its over a month now)

InshaAllah you will get passport back with visa this month. Mine is sent passport on June 28. I am still waiting for visa. It take time to receive passport back about 1 - 3 months....

hey disaster , We both have almost the same timeline..I sent my passport on June 20 and till waiting.. I hope we get it back before July ends inshALLAH

personally i wud prefer a female doctor

Don't worry Dr. Wakil is best than Dr. Roohina, his assistant doctors are females and males doctors too. I went there. They are very nice.

No need to worry DSF..Here few of the members got the passport back with visa and the status on Ecas was still inprocess..so keep your fingers crossed inshAllah you will get your passport back within this month !

YES THAT'S SAME HAPPEN TO ME TOO I GOT MY REMEDICALL REQ ALSO IN JUNE AND DONE IN JUNE TOO BUT STILL DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PPR YET .......... HOPE WE ALL WAITING FOR PPR WILL ALL GET OUR PPR SOON. INSHAALLAH

DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW THEY USUALLY SEND PPRS BY PAKISTAN POST OR BY TCS?///

When do you received medical request after status's change to "in-process"?

It took a month a half for us, so i am assuming it will be about the same for you too... Good luck!

PPR is sent usually by TCS.. all forum members who have gotten it they did get it through TCS.. my hubby and I are still waiting for the Passport request.. has your e-cas updated to medical results have been received? Kindly update on the forum once you recieve it and I will do the same so we all get an idea of when to expect it..
