Dear, I would say your wife has to write covering letter and try to explain whole scenario to CHC ISB and also you must write same type of letter and explain same thing. The statement must be same there must not be any contradiction in the statement. I am not sure your wife did file Tax Return to Canada revenue agency for 2009, 2010, and 2011. If your wife did file then send notice of assessments for all three years if she did not file then ask your wife to file tax returns for prior years and get notice of assessments. Once, you get those notice of assessments then you must send all documents. I believed it is not necessary that your sponsor is working or not but if she is working then ask your sponsor that get employment letter from employer and in that letter must be written yearly salary of year that she will or are making for the 12month. I received another letter Dated 16 June 2012,(this letter is posted 2 months and 10 days after AOR), requesting 2 things,
"Proof of your sponsor's income, adequate financial arrangements for your care and support in Canada: i.e your sponsor's recent notices of assessment (2009-2011), T4's Employment letter(s), recent pay stubs, your bank statement, your sponsor's bank statement, and documentary proof of any other financial support available to you in Canada"
"Statement of live birth for your daughter"
Now i have 2 questions
1.Do i have to send them everything my self or my wife can send these documents directly to CHC-I from Canada?
Your wife can send these documents directly to CHC ISB but make sure she has to attach covering letter and also print File number that starts with B or F and also Applicant's name and date of Birth on each page of documents.
2. My wife has been working off and on in last 3 years, she hardly wen't to work for 6 months in this period, moreover she was in Pakistan for around 17 months in the mention time (2009-2011). She started a proper Job in March 2012 when my daughter turned 8 months old. Is that gonna be an issue if i don't make up things(like Tax papers), and tell them everything as it happened?

If your wife is with you more then 6 months then you should ask your wife to go back to Canada and stay there for at least 3 months and then come back if you guys able to manage this then you will be ok. If your wife live with you more then 6 months and stayed out side of Canada then they will ask more proof i.e. ties to Canada and they might ask when your wife will go back to Canada. This will lead to more documentations and explanations and for this she has to prove her statement in the form of documents not verbal.MrMohi said:this is scaring me.
