Thanks Mah1906 .. My previous question is still unanswered which is:

Should my husband pay the RPRF now ?? I have been asked for re-pcc, imm forms and more proof ?? Or should we wait for a green signal from CHC-Islamabad ?
The letter I received does not specifically says to pay the RPRF but it says that if your sponsor has not paid RPRF, it should be paid immediately as this can delay the case.

thanks for ur replies. i am not desperate they can take time. Only thing i wish to know is "if they are going to communicate with me or my wife through email OR postal/courier service?"
I have given my email address in the forms so is there any chance that the acknowledgement or any subsequent letter is going to come through post or courier?

Well guys these are conflicting observations now. actually i have moved from my postal address that i mentioned in the form. i stil have access to it but it will take my worries off if they come by email.
So i m putting this again to u guys "email OR postal service"??

Postal service to you. They may or may not send a copy of the letter to your sponsor (wife) in Canada as well. Even if you chose email to get any correspondence they will STILL use SNAIL MAIL (Postal service) to communicate with you.

RPRF fee should be paid ,Only when it is asked by Local Office. (If not paid with Initial application at CPC Mississauga).

Doesn't matter, what ever ur option would be ( paying now or later when they ask for it; which they will eventually) is u opt to pay now, keep the receipt for the records..that will only save ur time...while sending other documents this time u can enclosed ur receipt with it for the confirmation...so they don't have to ask you next time when they actually need it......or other option for u is to wait till they ask for it..but i would suggest pay it now..it is refundable! khudankhawsta if things would not go like u planned.

i have the same problem the letter said pay ur fees immidiately but my sponser paid it when she put the application
we dont have any receipt left with us what should we do now
pay fee againg and send them new receipt

No need to pay that Twice, just add a previous receipt for record at CHC Islamabad .

once your application has been reviewed - they will send you a letter letting you know your application has been approved and now transferred to islamabad. Meanwhile - you can use your receipt number to check the status of your application online.

After August , 2011 AOR's are not issued by Local Office. They have issued UCI's to serve this purpose.

Thankyou "people champs" for shedding the light on this matter!........well my actual question was who should send the confirmation email to CHC Islamabad...I understand that I have to pay the fee and to send the Copy-2 of the receipt to CPC-Mississauga, which I already did, but had a confusion abt sending an email to CHC Islamabad : Do they mind whoever is sending the email..they only need a confirmation by any mean right???

And also what king of the acknowlegement do they send ?Is that the general acknowledgement of email..or do they properly reply regarding the confirmation of RPRF.

Anyone can send the acknowledgement receipt to CHC- Islamabad. I emailed to Isb office and I got a reply from that email address next day stating that the receipt will be attached to the case file.

You should have Copy 1 of that receipt. When paying the fees, CIC only wants Copy 2. Copy 1 is for client.
