CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

My Medicals are expired since April of 2014. I have already set an appointment for my spouse on 26 Sep, 2014. I am doing medical voluntarily. So they don't delay me any further asking for it.
I am just curious if this helps my case in anyway? or I am just wasting my money or time??? Thanks

Salam, I would like to know how all of you would feel receiving a letter like this:

They requested my husbands Pass Port which they have had since July 07/14. They said all is ready to issue Visa.

Then Thursday after finding a site through their network for personal inquiry on our case we received a letter that it appears that it will take another few months to finish our case.

I hate the darn Canadian System.
They have lied so many times I cannot take it any longer. After receiving GCSM notes last year I sent a letter stating they had not started the Back Ground Check. They replied the next day saying June 24/13 that yes they had.
Then when my husband had his Interview July 07/14 the Visa Officer was shocked to see that it had not been started at all. He then said it could take 2 weeks or 2 months and we would be able to leave Pakistan before my Visa for here Expired which is Sept 09/14.

Please I need feed back in what to do. They have lied to us so many times its unbelievable ... Please help??

This is the worst they can do to any human being. If they lie, its fine. But if the applicant lie's then the hell break through and you get banned for two years.
Luckily you have the evidence when they said to you that they have started your background checks (I hope you do) but they had never. You must have a way of checking through rcmp or whoever does the checks (Not gcms notes) that when you were background checked? Just in case you feel to pull their leg at some point later.
I was really happy for you, but it seems like you still have this last bump ahead to cross. Don't worry I am sure this is the last one you will face and then you both will be togather in Canada. But I still feel sorry for you. And many other people that are just silent and don't say anything (Not even on a public forum like this) and bear cic cruelness with no one to hear them. Reading your post made me mad.........

No it wont. they will do ur xray. blood urine test and physical chkup. thats it

received medical request on Aug, 27 2014.

Medical done Sept 5. 2014.

it is a good news so far. Alhamdulillah.

o BTW God blessed me with a son as well, during this process, his proof of citizenship was applied beginning of this year.

Both are responsible for this delay and it will create backlog and this will effect every applicant.

Like Canadian Foreign works strike from April to September 2013 caused huge back-lock
which result in applications got transferred to London. We are waiting and waiting....waiting......Insane Immigration Canada.

Now Qadri and Imran same insanity in Islamabad.

The Embassy is open. Most cases are being processed in London, which is far far away from Islamabad.
The embassy is just issuing visas in most cases, and this protest has not affected much.

Stop spreading panic and fear, unless you have concrete evidence of embassy closures in Islamabad.

When you see 2011 cases still pending and the late 2013 cases being completed in 9 months depicting complete injustice by CIC and a clear violation of First come first rule, than its understandable to have panic and fear.

the dharhna will definitely be having some effect as Islamabad high commission will not be working with its full capacity and it must be assisting LVO with background and security checks so in short the dharna is not making the situation any better if not worse.

No its not as it was, it got worse. That's why London has become slower in last month. You seems to be a dharna and PTI supporter.
