Salam everyone
Wanted to inform you all that by the grace of Allah almighty my husband finally recieved passport request on the 23rd of December 2013, 3 years after we applied! I pray we get it back soon now and I also pray everybody waiting gets their process completed too soon aswell

Does the case gets longer when u add newborn in it? im april 12 applicant + i ordered gcms notes n it says medical in progress. what does that mean?

Hopefully Brother.... My husband has contacted MP to find out abt this as all of them were on vacations.....!!!
I have received Re-Med via email so i think InshaAllah there will be no interview any more.... Plz pray for me that i get done with furher process of Visa asap n get my Visa Soon InshaAllah....Aamennnn.....

Hi all, I have a question. I applied for my hubby in April 2012 and the timeline that time was 26 months and now the timeline is 32 months. So for my case is it 26 or 32 months. Plz let me know.

From my understanding when they receive our files they don't process them in order received unfortunately. So I'm assuming that they will go with the latest timeline regardless of when your case was submitted.

Thankss alott Brother.... Brother i got in last's december tht is why couldnt complete in Dec as my lawyer was on Vacations.... Well Just Pray for me that i get Visa as early as possible coz have been really tired of this longgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg process........ :'( 30th Month is going on .... Depends on where the birth took place Canada no it will actually make your case stronger. Pakistan than yes it may take longer depends on the VO.

I had my daughter in Canada and submitted her BC and additional documents with my husbands application.

I went to my MP and his secretary told me that if she contact CIC ISB again and again they get mad and they delay the case. So she told me its not good to contact so much. I'm confuse, what should I do??? Should I Go back to her or just wait?

If MP belongs to Conservative Party which is in Government, then he will not contact CHC-Islamabad. If MP belongs to Liberal, NDP then he might help you. I have call them few times and met him in person in Nov, 2013 and he and his his office told me that as long as processing time does not pass then will not contact CHC-Is as it can slow the processing of your and other people application because they time they spent on MP inquiries can be spent on files.

If you are not sure then perform Istikhara. Pray to Allah.
