My Wife wants to come here to visit me from Canada, my wife is my sponsor, and somebody told me that her visit should not exceed more than 2weeks, is it true?? We booked a month ticket, if she stays for a month with me, what will happen? I mean is it risky or no?? I really need the answer , plz

Sallam brother, that is not true , she can stay there for 3 month, but more than that is risky

For the ones who would like my help ask me by inbox and I'll do my best to help if I can. I'm leaving Pakistan to go back to Canada for surgery next month please keep me in your prayers if you want to In Sha Allah.

I'm a new Muslim and I have never been insulted by so many Muslims as I have been insulted in this forum. All I did why try to help others and if you cannot see this then you are blind. Allah knows my heart In Sha Allah.

I can tell you 1 true fact go to Canada with an ATITUDE and I guarantee you will have a hard time adjusting. Because as a North American Indian and a Canadian we all help each other in Canada and not like here in Pakistan they would sooner kill you than help you. I see the poor children here begging for money to buy food and this above everything breaks my heart. Its a shame that in this Country the people have so much and cannot share for fear that the next person gets more than the other. I have been here over a year and I have seen good and bad but I never refused one person or child money for food.

My hope and my prayer for this country Pakistan is that as a Muslim Country try to help each other as it goes a long way in being good to people that makes us all aware of each others troubles and triumphs.

May Allah hear our prayers and may HE bless us all In Sha Allah

Salam, I could not resist!!! Your wife can get a three month visa and then you must apply to the Ministry of Interior in Islamabad for a visa extension which they can give for up to six months. You must have Original or a good Photo Copy of Nikka papers along with photo copy of pass port with photo copies of past visa's it costs $125.00 and you get in 20 days but apply soon or you could get in trouble for a visa expiring ok...I hope this help you In Sha Allah. On first visa to come visit you she should put: reason for visit is to visit husband and in-laws and ask for a 90 day visa In Sha Allah. I have been here 1 year and 2months I thank Allah

They only seem to be collection facilities for temporary visas.

I checked my status online and it has been changed to decision made but address is still that of Pakistan ! Any ideas.
How much time dies it take to receive back passport once decision has been made ?

Salam everyone I need to know if my wife is not at home and TCS come along with her passport can her mom or brother received it on her behalf??? Please help me out on this I would highly appreciate it.

I think her family can receive it on her behalf. Plenty of times my father has signed for things from CHC when I was out of the city. It has never been the passport, but that should not matter.

My husbad tried to ask about visit visa.... but at this time thy did not favoured us n replied tht u already in process so can not applyy....((

He tried to ask whome? I dont think it effects if u already have sponser app in process or not. U can still apply TRV

Anyone can receive residing at your mailing add . If u see previous Tcs history when we sere having access to Tcs tracking numbers you will see that package is addressed to different person as compared to one who has received it mentioned as signed by.
By the way what is your ecas status , I hope it says decision made

My MP contacted me back almost about after two weeks. I think it is always good to contact MP when your case is stuck and not going anywhere.

Nothing will happen. 1 month is a reasonable duration of time for a visit. As long as she is not staying for 5-6 months it's not a problem. It's a good idea to keep copies of tickets, boarding passes and take pictures during the visit in case they ask for proofs

Is your wife a Permanent Resident or a Citizen? If a citizen, then she can stay however long she wants to (as long as she has the pk visa/nicop)
