I am Pakistani national but living in South Korea with my spouse i want to know that Country Specific
Instructions (Residency questionnaire) form and Schedule A back ground declaration IMM5669 both are mostly same question so i have to submit both of them of just one.

Hey kman,

I received a letter. It explicitly stated that it was being transferred to Islamabad. However, per the GCMS notes, I discovered that in April 2012, the paper file had been transferred to Ottawa. I had the MP's office follow up with Ottawa and within a week after my request, they confirmed that the application was indeed in Ottawa and further correspondence should be done with them.

Don't know to what extent this is true, but he said Ottawa's timeline is ~18 months and I should expect to hear something 15 months from the date of transfer to Islamabad. Again, his words. I'm not counting on anything!

Hey, a question about GCMS notes. I've read the steps on ordering it from the information provided by other forum members, however, is there an official site that outlines exactly how to order it including the steps for filling out the forms.

hang to your boots man....... we do respond but i guess ur case is different from what we have knowledge so far we canonly suggest ad in my honest opinion fill both the forms cause if you dont and thats needed it could only delay ur case few added documents wont hurt if they dnt need it they will neglect it so if i were you i would go for both

Congrats on re-pcc , just hang on there ur ppr is on it's way. My cousin had the same question got ppr 1 week after re-pcc

With the grace of almighty Allah my e_cas status has been change into decision made...currently im n the class.when I see change in my status I totaly got really shocked and told everyone....thx from my all friends and their supports..love u all my dear brothers ane sisters...I pray that all of u get a good news soon inshallah

Congrats to every one who got thier PPR's or Visa stamped..

I have One question that my medical and police clearance expired at the same time but they asked for my re-medical back in Sept and now after 5 months asking for PCC ... man ???
Im really confused as I received a letter from visa section yesterday stating that they need my RE PCC but no PPR was made... is it normal ... i mean i have seen so far that they ask for PCC and PPR at the same time.....

I mean is this normal has anybody experienced that...... Watching the rate at which they going they will be asking for PP after say 5 odd months and sending it back after 5 ODD months
Im already 19 months in the process .. this is really upsetting and frustrating.... Please guys pray for me .

me got my ppr few hrs ago....me at my mumz place so ma mother-in-law just called my mom to tell this news
n my mom called me at institue to tell me..lol
u can imagine how i wod hav been jumping around da whole campus (gals their must have thought out my mental state)

prepare a courteous address change notification letter and mail and fax it to CHC Islamabad...
it wont have any negative impact on your application.

i cant remember what forms my husband filled at the time he applied but if both forms are on the documents checklist then fill them both...doesnt matter if they are same or different.. if both are required by CHC then send both..... check the guideline
