CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Everyone please give your important input in regards to my case as I am really stress.

File Transfer: Aug 2011

Proof of Contact and proof marriage been consumed : June 2012 (at this point I informed them that ruksati is already planned for Nov 5th and submit them proof of contacts alontg with proof hall receipt for advance booking).

July 2012: CHC called my wife in Pakistan and reconfirmed with her that if we having our ruksati on Nov 5th and once she confirmed it they informed her that they are sending her remedial now and will finalize process once they received ruksati pics. They also told her that now they wont call her.

July 2012: my wife received her remedical along with a letter to re-submit IMM forms within 45 days "AFTER RUKSATI".

Nov 2012: We did our mehndi, ruksati and walima and stayed in Pak for one month and had lots of pics.

Dec 17th: my lawyer sent all 200 pics and forms to CHC they received it on Dec 20th.

now its been two months since they got the ruksati proof too my wife did her medical in Aug 2012. Now what you guys think when should I expect any response and also what response I should expect. I would greatly appreciate any input.

Now i think i'm the only one left from July re-med with e-case status saying Application Received ;D

my wife AKA :-* "i am waiting" :-* ;D ;D ;D received her passport with visa stamped on it ;D ;D ;D plus a cute little paper called right of landing paper ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

we are thankful to this forum for all the help and support we received here ;D ;D ;D ;D

specially all the members from 2010 and 2011 that have been with us like a family throughout this process

but before that i would like to thank my wife for being so patient and tolerant through out the application process and never said a word of complain ....... ;D

and good luck to everyone .... all you guys will alwayz be in our prayers

and we request you to please pray for us for the success in our life and the life after ......... ;D ;D ;D ;D

My ecase changed on my Wedding Date !

wow now that I think about it, mine too changed on my wedding date...Feb 19! that's funny.

OMG I just checked my husband's status it changed to "in process" miracles happen!!! Alllah-o-Akbar!

haha yea my wife never complains either...I've been the complainer .

by the way...how long did it take from the day you sent the Passport?

about 3 weeks from ppr
and about 18 months from the date application was filed

cuz its been 26 month since case has been transferred to CHC and timeline is 26 months.... so ?

I heard for some cases they don't take re-background checks as serious as re-medical.. Inshallah you will hear sometimes this month or next! Why don't you fax them a letter reminding that it's been 26 months already? They can't pass their deadline! Stupid chc! Ugh! May Allah(swt) help us! Ameen
