I wanted to ask how do you know about this news that cases from nov-dec 2009 will get something from embassy after Oct 25 please explain... because you are giving us some hope and I hope thats also gonna work but still keeping my fingers crossed...
Also each day waiting for next day to get something from emabssy is not easy...

Please please explain how can you say tht... :

Honestly i do not think they would make an arranged marriage with first cousin that much of an issue. forced marriages, child brides and polygamy..yea ..but first cousin no..everybodys married to their first cousin in pakistan loll..
anways i have exact same timeline as waiting4u and i do not fall under any of the above categories, still i havent heard anything from them either.

Maya85 Sister I am sorry I think you misunderstood my point, What I said is that week starting Oct 25 [Monday] you will see notice peoples will be hearing good news, and for Nov/2010 & Dec/2010 you will also see the improvement in processing system which I think you under stood Nov/09 & Dec/09 file, Well starting from Oct 25 till Jan 31/2011 you will notice that they will really flips the files.
Cant not say which batch they will process but of course Sep/09 than Oct/09 and so on [1st come 1st serve] unless a file get screwed up than even the Oct/09 file will be still in process even after Jan 31/2011.

I am sorry I don’t have any news for the above information; rather I did my due-diligence.

Friends, please dont misunderstand the concept of "Forced Marriage,1st cousin marrige,under age bride, proxy marriage" They are not refusing the files but infact does required more time to investigate, meaning more time in background check, more time in reveiwing your application information [All the question's answer's you & your spouse have answer's] they review them one by one and try to make a wedding concept [I should use the word wedding story] and mostl likely you will be asked to provided additional documents to better understand the case in case they dont come up with solid concept/theory.

For some one who is not falling under above, background check & reviewing question answer's remained the same but officer have less burden/stress on his/her shoulder's. In my humble opinion.

CHC started processing application on October 28, 2009
Re-medical, Re-Police Certificate, and Re-Background & Re-Education sent on September 30, 2010 to CHC
Waiting for a year.
