I have been a silent reader for a while now just have a
Question on my wives application it says decision made
And showing my address my address. Question is how long
Will they take to send her passport back??

Applied in June 2011

Sent re medical and passport July 2012

I guess either it was last week or starting
This week saw decision made

Last checked the cic website last week Tuesday
It was still in process

OMG it took 9 months for them to return your Passport HORRIBLE.
But anyways congratz your wait is over and you should be getting your pp anytime soon.

Hi everyone,
I m visiting this forum after a long break and disappointed to c many of u r still waiting for ur passports especially Zia bro i thought u would be in Canada by now..... anyways i hope Allah help us all.

Right now I am looking for any type of information about appeals since my husband's case has been rejected because they sent him a letter in april 2011 for updated police certificate and few forums but since he never got the letter we never sent those documents and now they denied him pr for that reason.
I was wondering if anyone of u know of appeal process from a-z i mean where to send documents.where to get documents for appeal purpose,and all that please link me up with a thread that u know of and also pray for me.
My lawyer is asking for $6500-$11000 depending on if its ADR or Full hearing case. And I guess since there is nothing much to tell as they know relationship is genuine so i should not be wasting such huge amount.
Please Help

your best contcat can be Saima123. She won her appeal case and her husband got passport bac just recently with visa.

It took 21 months

My wife just received her passport with visa

Inshallah who all are suffering from this waiting
Period it will end soon....

Was your passport requested in July 2012 along with re-medical?

We got the letter from them at the end of may 2011

Then on July the 5th we sent the both passport and
The re medical.

So it took 9 long months for them to send our stuff
Back
