Salam and hi to everyone!

I was just going through the CAIPS notes and I got so upset by what I read.

On Feb 26/13 they wrote that my husband passed everything except background check which has not been started as of yet. So they wrote to file case for 2months and to be reviewed on May 4/13.

So now its just filed and no darn request for his passport at all until June or July by what I read this is foolish. We are at their disposal how can we put up with this S***.
I'm so upset and angry its not fair. Why can't they complete these cases first before they complete others it doesn't make sense at all!!!!!

No he didn't. He had 2 interviews and all was ok and she said Welcome to New Brunswick.

The security check has not even been started.

I got my GCMS notes 1 hour ago, And i am a bit confused about one point
Under goup heading it is like this

Group name. Wvr
Type. PR-Temporary processing

What does it mean?
What is PR-temporary processing?
I applied in april 2011 medical done in september 2012
Its wife case

I read in the CAIPS notes that on Feb 19/13 they wrote this (BACK FILED) for 6 months

I think you are reading it wrong Case Review date will be in May and about the background checks they may have not updated on the Caips yet.
If you don't hear anything till June then apply for caips again.

I am applying for CAIPS/GCMS note this time only one form need to submit which has sponsor's detail, please let me know where should i check mark or not.

1) Access to information or privacy act?

2) Are you requesting information on your on behalf
check mark where Yes or NO?

3) do we need to send resident proof of Canada mean sponsor person, because i am Applicant.

4) check mark on physical file or electronic file?

Kindly reply on above questions, Appreciate that.

I think receive remed is nothing to do with interview wavr because so many get remedic before interview. better apply Caips/Gcms you will get more clear picture about your case.

It is a very good sign ............. most of the times when you get remedical your interview is waived .......... do you know why you were in the interview que and if you provided any additional proof to resolve the concern lately which might have been reviewed and lead to the issuance of remedical ....... Order GCMS notes .......... I dont know anyone on the forum who was issued remedical before interivew if they are still in interview que....... Good luck
