even though I feel how stressed you are and what you are going through, it is impossible to not worry about..
but try getting your self busy with something.. don't talk with your spouse about the process time
that makes it even worse cause it's hard for him since he is the applicant..
INSHALLAH by the end of March I will not be seeing any of you 2010 applicants' posts cause you will be busy with your
spouses

thank u sis, before i used to talk alot with my husband cuz i only had one job, now i have a full time job n a part time job which means i work 12-13 hours a day, the only time i talk to my husband is during ma lunch break, and i miss him twice as much now that i am busy, we dont realli talk that much bout the process only pray that in sha allah soon we hear good news from CHC and they ask for ppr in sha allah with Allah swts Mercy.

I pray for everyone its a tough n hard process so
have faith in Allah swt and Trust Allah swt and everything will be fine.
May Allah swt reunite us with our spouses soon ameen

It is a good news ofcourse that it shows in PROCESS, that means they picked up your file from their workload .......... now either they will give your an interview date or waive of the interview if you have given them reasons to waive it off...........do you know why he is in the interview que

yes their files are already in process but when they pick up their file again for further processing it changes to IN PROCESS, although I understand that it should show in process already but due to system glitch it does not show IN PROCESS until picked up again ....... like in my case my wife's application showed application recevied for first 20 months and when the issued her remedical only then it showed in process. before that it was in security background check but showing Application recevied only

Its hard to say, they dont issue re-medical before interview unless they choose to waive off the interview which they may waive off if you have provided them any additional proof of relationship. was it his second marriage or yours in Canada......... they look at second marriage in pakistan in more suspecious ways then second marriage of sponsor in Canada because here the divorce has to go through a proper process and all the division of assets and following ongoing liabilities such as spousal support and child alimony has to be satisfied ........ means it is less of a suspecion than someone getting divorce in Pakistan. you dont have to share your information here and hopefully you got an idea of what I am talking about.

My hubby got His PP back with VISA Alhamdulillah! i am soooooooooooooooooooo happy!!!!! I cant express my feelings in words! yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

PP sent on March 9
PP received with Visa March 21

Second marriages always have to go through an interview, they will send you a letter with the interview date and time.

The normal wait time these days in an interview queue is 12 to 14 months. This is calculated from the day/month they put your file in the interview queue.

May ALLAH ease your wait and give you patience. I hope they send you the interview letter soon.
