u will get the online status of your ecas. Hpfully that would help.

i put all my info in tht link but where it is the decision made section this is what they wrote:

SPONSERSHIP AND ELIGIBILTY STATUS DETMINED:
WE HAVE MADE A DECISION ON YOUR SPONSERSHIP APPLICATION.

APPLICATION FORWARDED TO VISA OFFICE:
WE HAVE FORWARDED YOUR APPLICATION TO THE VISA OFFICE FOR FINAL PROCESS.

SPONSER ADVISED OF DECISION MADE:
WE WILL INFORM YOU IN WRITING OF THE DECISION MADE ON YOUR SPONSERSHIP APPLICATION. WE WILL SEND YPOUA PERMENAT RESIDENT KIT THAT YOU WILL NEED TO FORWARD TOO THE FAMILY CLASS RELATIVE YOU ARE SPONSERING.

thts all it says but i haveent gotten anything from the since MAY 27 2010 did anyone get this kind of letter tht says this...........

That is too cruel. Have you ordered GCMS? It seems as if you have no idea as to what is delaying your case so much. Apparently you were not able to provide them with enough proof of relationship initially. By ordering GCMS you would know where exactly you stand.

You may also write them an email explaining your whole situation, and how your case is long overdue. Cc that to your area MP, Jason Kenny, Ross Heins, and any other MP who is actively involved in Immigration matters.

The last option is the Mandas/court.

thanks soo much foor the advice i went to the stupid MP and he told me to call him after one week soo i did before my son was born and he goes oh you have to wait for another 6-12 months becoz they are going to take an interview soo i asked him what else can i do hes like you can only wait and what else proof do they want the kids are his soo shud i send the kids birth certificates to them and recent pictures and stuff my case was going to go simple but the stupid lawyer tht i hired she messed up everything shes like you dnt have to show them ur kids they r canadian citizens have noo clue whts gonna happen i dnt knw if they r going to reject it........God plz help

Decision made can be good or bad. it means that they have made a decision on your case. You need to check your ecas status for details or fill that form or check with the lawyer!

If for whatever the reason they said no, you should lawyer up and appeal. You already have two kids with this man so odds will be in your favour. But thats worst case scenario. I am not trying to scare you but what options you have. I do not know all of them as I am not an immigration lawyer to know the ins / outs of the system.

If Income was an issue, they would ask for statements etc. prior to sending your file to ISB. Just my 2 cents.

Lawyer is stupid ........... ur kids are in Canada ............ u should send immigration update ........... and thats a must u have to do that .......... it will make ur case stronger ...................... but u have to mention that they hold Canadian passports ........ or send them Canadian birth certificate copies or woteva proofs are there ......... would help in ur case ...........

Guys..... it says medical results have been received. my wife did her medical on july 25th and shes waiting for her pp to return with visa. So good news for all those people who did their Re-meds in july or before

So you're in the interview queue. You could contact a forum member Yasirman as his wife and daughter live in Canada. I think he did tell CHC about their daughter's birth. Interview does take that long, but it can definitely be waived if you send them more supporting documents and pictures. You may also explain to them that why you did not send the Birth certificates before. They might ask for your child's DNA test. Inshallah all is going to work out just fine for you. Most of the wait is over now, it's only few more months.

Hey don't rish the things through! Write a cover letter, telling them about your case details, and about your two kids. Also write that you have attached the documents with the letter. Collect all proof of your cohabitation, children's birth certificate, pictures (your and your husband with kids), telephone logs, financial support (if applicable) etc. Compile a neat set together. I'm sure it will take at least a week for you to compile that and review that.

At the end of the cover letter, you may ask them that since you are in the interview queue, you should be pulled out of that. Make it very convincing, and if possible get it reviewed by an expert.
