its not realli fair for some people but remember LOVER he married also a new convert to Islam n his case was finalized in 14 months n he had a daughter as well... so depends on how CHC workers feel n their moods

Once someone has a child then the case becomes stronger so they would not consider fake marriage because of that. Otherwise there have been few cases which I read in the past were treated terribly bad.

RedJeans and ek-larki my current address is also showing city name and canada.should v update this to complete address? and mailing address is of pakistan and they ask to give canadian mailing address.......any member who have gone through this,can help us whether to update or not since we hav not yet received the passport back
