I heard like some one paid 1 million rupeez through an agent and some worker in CHC ISB has got his case processed faster like 13 months........................ DID any one of u heard anything like that ......... I hope Kenny is not in worries of collecting jehez for his sisters like Pakistani cricketer Salman B........

hahahaha jehez through rishwat, who knows our pakistani could get them into the rishwat in no time. and how about if he has to marry one pakistani then this policy would be changed from 26 months to 26 days just for him because he would not wait for the whole month to get his wife over in canada.
They have one law for skilled workers and arranged employment and the visa is issued including interview in 2 months but for spousal visa they are torturing us. May God show them that they are very unjust, cruel and inhumane with their two face, one for the world to show that they are humanitarian and on the other hand they are totally inhumane. may be because they think we are brown citizens or our religion is not compatible to their's or we speak different language or may be we are from a poor country.

When will they give my husband an interview date???? ALLAH SWT PLEASE HELP ME
This year will be the 3rd year my husband and I spend EID apart from one another
My husband has lost all hope, it has become so difficult for me to make him laugh, he was always happy and joking around and due to CHC ISB he has become so quiet and sad ... I am losing hope too ... Life is too short we need to cherish every moment with our spouses ... time is passing by so quickly ... Canadians have children in old ages but I dont, its better to have a family when were still young!! CHC ISB WAKE UP!

dear why dont you go back to pakistan for a visit? spend your ramadan and eid there with your husband?
i dont know all the history of your case but just from this post, you seem pretty depressed.

I emailed CHC ISB in APRIL, MAY & JUNE one email per month and did not get their reply.
I asked my MP to send CHC ISB an email and he sent the email yesterday and GUESS WHAT .. he got a reply this morning from them.
I dont quite understand their email reply to my MP ... hope my forum members can share their opinions ... feel free too:

Your file is waiting to be reviewed by the immigration officer. The file is in the Interview Queue waiting to be scheduled, we cannot determine the interview date at this time however will sent the applicant a letter well in advance. Your representation in this case is well noted.

What kind of BS is this, my file has been in the Interview Q to be scheduled for 14 months now!!! and they still dont know when the hell they will give us a time and date ... come on this is insane! I loved Canada but now I am ashamed to call myself a Canadian. Where are our CIVIL RIGHTS now ... Discrimination is all I get in return for working my A&#?* off in this country paying taxes most my life for WHAT???
If only I knew the truth behind Canada, I would have settled anywhere else in this world than here.

I would go back to Pakistan but who will take on all my responsibilities here in Canada.
I have to pay my mortgage, car payments & bills ... no one can take these responsibilities in this country we have to do it all ourselves.
I wish I can be with my husband and take back my happiness
But you cannot imagine how painful it is to force myself to stay here and keep living, sometimes we have no choice but to intake the torcher.
I know no one on this forum wants to stay away from their spouses for so long but we all have some sort of issues here

Dear Sis, Is it possible for you to rent your place temporarily until you get back from Pakistan and in the meanwhile someone who can look after your house and pay the bills. If you can manage that it would be better for you to visit Pak but you would need some vacation from work as well. I do property management and rent out places for prospect tenants. If you want any help in this regard how to go about it then you may send me a personal message and I can guide you what to do.
I have been marrried since june 2010 and still waiting on this stupid interview which we have no clue when it would take place. Thanks to our immigration discriminatory policy which is keeping our spouses apart for years and especially the one waiting for the interview it is just brutal. they are killing us slowly but surely. What a great scheme/plan they have implemented just to destroy us. (ruthless people)

Implulsive, I agree with you but I live in Montreal and its not easy renting out my home.
We have rental properties here and I have seen how most people destroy the apartments.
It would be so hard on me if my home is damaged by tenants.
I did rent out my basement, it has a separate entrance and secluded from the upper portions of my home.
Due to my depression I was advised by my doctor to take time off work, i have been off since April 2012 ... on sickness which will be ending this month. The meds I am on restrict me from day to day work outside my home.
I did rent out the lower portion to assist in mortgage payments ... If I go to Pak then ALLAH knows what will happen to my living here.
I have looked at all sort of ideas to leave for Pak but nothing seems to work out for my benefit.
I may be on the virge of losing my job too and as you may know its difficult finding a job here these days ...
I dont know what to do anymore .... I need a miracle

Not sure if anyone has an answer to this question, but i'll ask anyways....

I received GCMS notes today, and a comment in one of the NOTES states:

"PHEP prepared and attached to file. Reg:Issue meds"

The note is dated May 28th. When will my wife, the applicant, receive the medical request? It has been more than a month since the note was entered...

Also, what does PHEP mean?

Other than that, the IO is satisfied that relationship is geniune....
