AOA everyone,

My husband had received his remed+ppr a few weeks ago. Our e-cas used to have my lawyer's address here in Canada, but I checked my e-cas yesterday, now it has my husband's Pakistan address, does that mean the visa has been stamped?

abhy may apna passport tcs kay thru send kar kay aay hun aur unho nay mujh say Rs.350 charge karay----ghar aa kay may nay letter parha jo unho nay mujhay bheja tha us may likha hay "YOU MUST ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE PREPAID THE COURIER FOR THE RETURN OF YOUR DOCUMENTS".

I would run back, they still might have ur pkg, and pay for the return pkg aswell warna baikar main delay bhi ho sakta hai kanjoos isl waloon ki taraf sey...

Guys when status changes to in process, should I be expecting a letter from CHC shortly? Please advise!!!!

actually, i called tcs office and they said that there is no such thing as "prepaid" delivery with canadian embassy, it is cash on delivery...so they can send the package and we can pay the tcs guy upon its arrival

Dear, people say that we should expect something. Mine also changed to "in process" few days back and did for pakhtun_89..

No it doesn't mean visa has been stamped!When u find ur ecase decision made under permanent residence application then it means visa has been stamped!

J_T, I am not sure if you are 2010 case.

BTW, when did ur ecase changed to "in process" and then when did u receive ur remed and ppr.

This will help us to see the pattern. 8)

Same happened with me as ell. I freaked out. But then I remember tcs doesn't do prepaid envelopes. So we r in good shape. I wish there was expedited service.
