CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

Checking on how many 2010 applicants are still left hanging.
My file was received in ISL Dec 10, 2010. Feb 2012 I was asked for Rukhsati details.
Since then no peep, anybody else in the same boat out there.
It seems like most 2010 cases have at least filled out the forms and rePCC.

same situation here file was received Dec 03, 2010 and re-pcc and other forms in Feb 2012 and nothing after that

Hi ali_hussain..Your ecase changed to inprocess on April 16, all the checks have been done, medical canceled ! What are they waiting for ? There isn't anything related to PHEP / PASSPORT REQUEST in the GCMS notes?

Its saying that phep letter prepared and placed in file. i dont know either they are waiting for security check to be finish or may be for visa quota ?? let c the next .

if you have windows.7 then use the snipping tool and capture the image of whole or partial page whatever you need and save it to CHC file or any file name you want.

yes sis it was simple

proof i provided was

1). 150 pics (wedding, mehndi, walima and engagment)
2). gift reciepts
3). one visit proof with passport pages,pictures,boarding pass
4). 17 months of phone logs
5). 17 months text messages

that was provide one package with intial submission (June 2011) and one package was send in Feburaury 2012 voluntarily had third package ready but no need to be sentout

its all about the amount of proof u send

collected pics, n more proof send n they received it but still they asked again wen they send first request of Imm/Supp forms...........

if i had ma marriage certificated registered by Afghani emmbassy den i would have gotten remed +ppr by now i guess that simple n stupid mistake delayed ma case

I sent the following with initial package:

1). 175 pics - 4 albums with description including relatives (engagement, mehndi, wedding, walima and honeymoon in Maldives/Dubai)
2). gift reciepts, all expenses that I did when together like credit card statements, money transfer etc.
3). visit proof for all family members with passport pages, boarding pass
4). 6 months of phone logs from both, before marriage and 1 months after marriage
5). All sorts of marriage proof and ceremony proofs - shadi hall, walim hall etc.

Then second package:

1). Proof of visit after marriage
2). Telephone record from both sides

Third one is ready to go: (My MP advised me to send as there is no harm, it can only benefit)

1). Proof of visits thereafter
2). Telephone record from both sides
3). Photographs taken during all visits around 35.

This is up-to-date until April 2012.

Still they did not move a bit.

THATS WHAT DELAYED UR CASE BECAUSE MY MARRIAGE WAS CERTIFIED BY PAKISTANI FORIEGN AFFAIRS OFFICE FROM ISB

Me neither, however I would like to share something. I am presenting a total chronology of events:

1. Sent file.
2. Waited two months and did not get an AOR, so wrote an email. They said it is waiting in queue.
3. Went in Dec 2010 to Pak and visited embassy with wife to find out why they did not send any info. Same answer.
4. Sent them visit info along with slips of embassy area tickets via bus.
5. My parents live with me and both of them are sick, specially my father who has few problems. My mom suffered a fall and broke her arm during our visit to US. Then I wrote a letter to CHC-I along with medical certificate about both parents problem. Asked them to expedite the case if possible. They said via email it is FIFO only no preference. I had asked a few people if such a letter will affect the timeline and I was told it would not.
5. Contacted MP in Mar 2012. She told me they have started working on it.

No news since. Now guys do you think I did something which I should have not and which is delaying my case.

I did not know about GCMS, I learnt it from this site and have already ordered one. Someone referred to this site and it is really helpful else I would be sitting in dark.

By the grace of Allah Subhana TaAlaa .. My wife got her passport back with Visa this morning.

My wife called me @ 2:30 am and gave me this good news. We had no idea that the passport will come in 30 days as it was Re-med and PPR together. I checked the E-case after I got off the phone with her and it was updated to Decision made along with the addition of Canadian address.

This is the day we waited for 17 months and finally Allah has listened to all our prayers. We believe that there is a day and time for everything and its all planned by Allah. We are really really happy and still it feels like a dream to us. Me and my wife are really thankful to everyone on this forum who has helped us get through this tough time and guided us.

May Allah bring this day to all of you very soon and unite you with your loved ones ... I will be coming to the forum to answer any questions.. feel free to send me a PM if you have any questions

Enjoy the great time here in Canada - Summer time. Take her to places and show off the great nation of Canada.
