In our case also we received our ppr+medical by pakistan post. Almost it took 15 days to reached here.

I also got our GCMS notes two days back; Assessment: Eligibility: Passed Security: HIRV: Criminality: Passed Org Crime: Medical: Cancelled all other: 0 I hope we don't get our Medical and straight PPR !

Good question ! and you can add that why ppl from pakistan living in other countries also getting their visa sooner as compare to us.
