I HAVE ALREADY SENT VOLUTARY PROOOF OF WEDDING ON FEB 27 2012 RECIEVED BY NASIRRAT CHC...SHOULD I RE-SEND EVERYTHING OR THEY WILL ATTACH MY VOLUNTARY DOCUMENTS TO MY FILE ????

They always send one form asking for applicant's information regarding passport numbe, expiry date, height and so on . . . You just need to fill that form out, and on 3rd page you have to sign, if you need somone else to pick up your passport then put his/her name, address and telephone number.

Send 2 fresh photos, and original passport. Thats all you need if you do not have any extra requirements from CHC

You can use TCS or Fedex to submit your documents

My wife has travel history too. we went for honeymoon trip to south asia twice. i believe they are doing background check which could take from 1-3 months before we hear anything from them. we didnt send them any proof, however, we notified them through email about our trips.

I think when they see any travel history, they put the files in different category where background check has to be done before they make contact with the applicant. They might even do two background checks, one during initial review and one we send them remedical UNLESS we satisfy them with enough proofs with repcc, and supplementary forms.

thats just my two cents...

raptors mine is almost a month 2 since my file is in process n mine is also a honeymoon travel history urs n mine is same situation kahi hamara background tou check nhi horha cz we have a travel history,.

I contacted my MP yesterday and he said that my husband will require an interview soon but we haven't been notified yet.

Would we receive some kind of letter or phone call or is my MP lying?

Stupid people working at Afghan Consulate in Toronto Has messed up ma Nikkah Nama, n
now the Afghan Embassy in Karachi is not accepting it and thy want me to make another one
which requires more time,,, ughhhh

i send an email to CHC for a request to extent the time for my husband to send documents
i only asked for a week of extension so i can finish the paper again

everything in this system is stupid n fhajfhjfhafh

Will They delay ma case since i asked for an extension... i explained to them that the Afghan consulate in toronto
messed up my Wakalat Nama.

yeah i think so they checked a background thatz y they didnt send any request yet!INSHA ALLAH mujh samait jinko abhi tak request nhi aye inko end of march ya starting of april tak zaror koi gud news mile insha ALLAH ...

umm...so more good news.....my hubby just today received another couple of documents to be filled out and send within 30 days as well as ARC application and fee......Alhumdulilah....so one of the request was that he needs to get police clearance from countries that he lived for more than 6 months since he was 18+ so he did get his fbi and rcmp police clearance done....do you think he needs to get another police clearance done for these countries even though he didn't visit that country after the police certification was issued....i mean do the police clearance have an expire date for fbi and rcmp ...i know he would need to get his Pakistan police clearance done..but he also got that done in DEC so that should also be usable...meaning he doesn't need to get it done since it is up to date....needs suggestions...thanks..

Thats very encouraging news sister. I think your hubby should write a letter stating that he didn't visit any other places since the last PCC was issued from these countries. Also by attaching his passport copies during the year as a proof that he didn't leave Pakistan for any other country for more than 6 months. This proof should be good enough in my eyes. But I know a few people on this forum got FBI clearance the second time, when they were asked for it. So maybe someone who has been through a similar situation could give you a better suggestion.
