does sponser need to fill both forms or only one form? and does sponser need to sign the form?

IMM5475 needs to be filled out by the person who is being sponsored. IMM5563 needs to be filled out by the sponsor.

It is end of Feberuary and still my hasbund didnt recieve anything yet. I am so worried. AOR is Jan 2011. Anyone from Jan 2011 recieved anything yet??

Don't worry only a couple of January 2011 file transfers got a request. There are many of us who are waiting to receive the first request.

IMM5475 needs to be filled out by the person who is being sponsored. IMM5563 needs to be filled out by the sponsor.

so if sponsered person fill IMM5475 then he needs to send that form to sponsered person by email right? then sponsered person attach imm5475 and imm5563 in email and apply it right.

bro all of us have send voluntary proof to help our case
but CHC DOESNT CARE, at alll n they will go wat they feel like....

Exactly, make sure you attach the electronic receipt after you make a payment online. They will email you a copy and you have an option to print it after the payment. Don't forget to write the receipt number in the form.
