Hi could someone please tell me how i can order GCMS online via email not mail?

Fill out these two forms; One has to be filled out by your spouse in Pakistan (Ask them to scan and email it to you after they fill it out and sign it).

1 - Form name IMM5475E

2 - Form name IMM5563E
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Pay the fee online and select Access to Information and pay with your credit card. You will have to register with them, just provide your email and confirm password; its that easy !!!

You can save the receipt or print it. They will email you a copy on your email address as well.

Scan and attach both forms along with the payment receipt and send it to atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca with GCMS ORDER in your subject. In the body, just write your name, File number and email address. Hope it helps

I could not find the credit card payment form any where. So I guess we have no choice but to send the $5 payment by cheque, Make the cheque payable to the "Receiver General for Canada"

The sponsor can apply through email but the sponsored person need to fill out one of the forms.

Anyone know about Re-medical/ PPR fees as well as mail (TCS) fees... Is it necessary to pay fees to CHC-ISL? if yes, please tell me how much it would be charged and also tell me more explain...

My file was recieved in Isl in July 2010... I got my re-med and pending marriage consumation in May 2011... We sent ruksati pics etc by July-Aug 2011... Then finally got passport request dated 9 Feb 2011... Was in USA so came back with the PP and submitted the same on 22 Feb and now counting days

proof of sufficient funds in Canada? do they ask for bank statements? i never heard that they require proof of fundssssssss

i know, i was surprised as well...i took a prinout of the online summary of my bank accounts in RBC and TD...i didnt give them monthly bank statements, just the online summary...

just proves that CHC can ask for "anything"~! :S

if you had done your first medical from there so i think you can have your 2nd one to, so did you received you re medical in us or in pakistan?

I would suggest that you should call Immigration Canada 1-888-242-2100 if you are in states and if you are unable to call toll free then let me know I can call and find out that if someone can get remedical done in states for immigration purpose while not in Pakistan at the moment. It may be be ok but it is always better to be safe than sorry.
